“After visiting this office, for the first time, on August 1st, 2022, and after reading some of the reviews online, I noticed that by and large the doctor has very positive reviews as well as some very petty negative reviews. I cannot speak or validate the negative reviews due to the subjective nature of each and everyone of us as individuals we all are. I can say however that on the basis of my own experience, I am convinced, on my first visit to this office that: as far as the doctor is concerned, he is a very professional and caring person, attentive to the concerns of the patient, and on a personal level... he is the type of person that you can have a conversation with because he takes the time to listen to the patient. As far the doctor's staff, I only have positive things to say. His staff is committed to the care of the patient, is extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. As far as "wait time," I would say it is reasonable given the fact that not all cases are the same... and emergencies do happen. Finally, I would say that, in general, we should take pause and be a bit more careful and considerate when writing a review that could potentially blemish a person's professionalism or the character of such individual. All things considered I had a very positive experience, and I am quite satisfied with the personal treatment and care that I received in this office.”

From the front desk to all the services that they have to offer. I love the fact that I can go there for all my medical needs. I go to the North Bay Village facility weekly and the greeting, service and care that I get from everyone is amazing, superb and feels personal. They really do care for you and do everything to make sure you are cared for. Everyone there is attentive to your medical and personal needs. Dr Schneur, Dr Valez, Dr Rios to name a few are the best, excellent, knowledgeable doctors one can have. “I have been a patient with Primecare for the past 25 years. I had the best care from every single one of the doctors and assistants throughout the years. My last PCP is Jenny Dr. Jenny Montes de Oca. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. She has been very caring, always attentive to my physical and emotional needs as well. The office staff are also very dedicated and professional. I would like to mention Ana S, Carlos, Martica, and Teresita. Unfortunately , some are not longer there... The only reason why I am not giving this place 5 ⭐ is because of parking availability in Coral Gables. Furthermore, there is new office personnel that needs to be properly trained (in my opinion).”
