I was fortunate to transfer care to Dr. Nicole Ross after encountering much difficulty getting in person care to assess ENT symptoms that had not been successfully treated after a failed telemedicine consult and ineffective antibiotic. I was fit in as a new patient within very short notice and my consult with Dr. Ross was outstanding. She took the time to listen to my medical history, evaluate my symptoms and address my concerns and within a matter of a day and tons of medication she prescribed, I'm feeling a lot better. I really appreciate continuity of care and this has become a rare luxury with such a busy medical system and COVID constraints. This practice offers the rare opportunity to establish that relationship with your PCP and allow them to take care of you both for routine examinations and sick visits.
