We went to Ferguson in Coral Gables expecting professionalism and elevated service, especially from a showroom known for high-end fixtures and finishes. Instead, we got Paola—an employee who apparently thought we wandered in by mistake.
From the moment we mentioned needing cabinet handles and light fixtures for our custom vanities, her entire vibe changed. Instead of offering guidance, she scoffed at the idea like it was unheard of. Apparently, in her mind, buying vanities means they magically come with everything attached, because why would someone want to customize a luxury renovation to match their aesthetic, right? The level of ignorance was shocking for someone in her role.
She disengaged almost immediately, passed us off to her trainee like we weren’t worth her time, and pointed vaguely toward an elevator when we asked where the lighting section was offering zero follow-up or assistance. That’s not customer service. That’s someone playing showroom gatekeeper because she decided we didn’t look like we belonged.
What she didn’t realize is that we were ready to spend thousands that day… on sinks, lighting, fixtures, a chandelier, and more. And that this renovation? Just one of several we’re doing. Her judgmental attitude didn’t just cost her a commission. It cost Ferguson a customer for life.
Here’s a free tip for Paola: don’t assume people can’t afford luxury just because they don’t show up trying to prove it. You judged us based on nothing-and it showed. Loudly.

Very bad experience with the sales person. They were only interested in selling me products that they were gonna make larger commissions on They don’t really care about what you’re getting for your house doesn’t matter the price I’m building a $20 million house. They’re only interested in selling products. They’re gonna make a lot of money on. Very bad pricing as well. Look online you’re gonna get a cheap deal.

Angely provided me with excellent service from start to finish! She was very knowledgeable, patient and provided great guidance during the entire decision making process. I strongly recommend her to anyone seeking excellent service and someone with exceptional design taste. I will be using her for all my future projects.
When it came to order execution and coordination Jorge provided me with amazing service as well! He was on top of all matters of my orders, along with Angely, and ensured all was delivered in my desired time frame.

Disappointing Experience with Ferguson of Coral Gables
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Ferguson of Coral Gables, especially given the significant investment I made—spending nearly $30,000 on high-end appliances. From the moment I stepped into the store, the service was lackluster at best.
The salesperson who initially assisted me was unhelpful and seemed more interested in making a quick sale than in offering any meaningful support or guidance. Once the appliances were delivered, I started encountering issues, and that’s when the real frustration began. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to the store for assistance, I received no support. The store manager, who I was assured would contact me, never did.
What’s most upsetting is the complete lack of follow-up or care for resolving the issues I faced. I felt completely ignored throughout the entire process. It's disappointing that a company that sells such high-end products would have such terrible customer service.
After spending such a large amount of money, I expected better service and support, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I will never shop at Ferguson again and will not recommend this store to anyone. If you're considering purchasing from here, I urge you to think twice.

I was expecting a full showroom, but it's more like a store w demos... no full rooms to appreciate the pieces. Maybe the 3rd floor will be more of a showroom style. The associates where very attentive.

Avoid this location im a contractor i buy for my clients around 10 to 15k a month from them coral springs location had really good customer service but coral gables has a good one before the sale after we payed angely never answered the phone and she was not happy to see me again at the showroom after making her commission.
Go to coral springs they know how to treat clients!

My designer took us to the store and I was impressed with the variety, the store was beautiful, a pleasant atmosphere and all the employees were super friendly, the lady at the entrance helped us with the parking machine and offered us coffee, my designer works with iris for many years and the truth is that she has a lot of experience, when I go to make my kitchen I will return to the store without a doubt
