I was impressed with the advice I received from my advisor Daniel Perez, but think it could've been a little more thorough. He was very helpful in having me transfer some additional funds I had in a lower yielding savings account into much higher yielding SIPC insured Money Market funds. Very knowledgeable and helpful overall as were the other staff there. The office location and layout are beautiful. Things that could be improved are to have a receptionist in the lobby to check you in, greet you etc, and that the advisor takes a little more time with you. I felt a bit rushed. Decaf coffee in the free beverages would be a plus as I'm sure many clients have to watch their caffeine intake. Overall a postive experience and I'd recommend them, but would just like to feel less rushed and have other potential investment asset allocations explored.

Horrible service. As if you are bothering them making a deposit or opening an account. Also, the person there seemed annoyed that I replied yes, that I wanted a receipt for a five figure check deposit. Incredible.

The Fidelity app is excellent, but be careful if you ever want to speak with a real person. I've been on hold close to an hour on three unsuccessful phone calls. I tried their chat bot which was an even bigger waste of time. I could not even find an email address to which I could send a question.

The branch is closed for several months and they dident informe to me about the reson I can not use this branch and review my accounts with my advisor as before. It is going to open one day? or I have to move my accounts to an other Bank.

I have a new account and had some questions about the gain I made over night. The advisor whom said his name was John Phils explained it was what I could have made if I had purchased the shares in the morning...which was a complete crock...when I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor the phone went silent. The app is great the employees are not. Remember they're just people which may get jealous that you're making more than them. What happened to professionalism? Womp womp

Absolutely no respect for their customers. Go to Schwab or td ameritrade. I should have looked at the terrible reviews for this place before wasting my time to drive there. Absolutely awful experience
