Miami's Finest I had not dined at Fiola since April '23, when I gave the restaurant a stellar review, describing it as at the top of the podium among Coral Gables' many fine Italian restaurants. Last night's dinner actually surpassed the splendid meal we had a year ago. It was simply the best meal I have had anywhere this year and was easily competitive with two Michelin starred restaurants I visited in Madrid this past November. Every dish was superlative -- the ingredients and the execution were extraordinary. I had the hamachi crudo, the wagyu tenderloin "saltimbocca" with jamon Iberico and an heirloom tomato salad. I also sampled (liberally) the superb veal milanese, the otherworldly fusilloni with pesto sauce and the truffled corn. My three dinner companions were equally ecstatic. The service was excellent, very attentive and mostly unintrusive. As is usual here, there is lots to choose from on the wine list -- but unlike most restaurants that are in this league, there are excellent choices at a wide variety of price points. We had an excellent Rioja Reserva at a very modest price. I've had three very fine meals at LPM in the past couple of months; the food at Fiola last night was as good or even better, the overall experience is much more relaxed and luxurious and the wine program is much more accommodating if one hasn't recently inherited a fortune, or simply balks at paying absurd markups of already expensive wine selections. At this point, Fiola is hardly a secret, but I am delighted to see that it is not resting on its laurels or taking its customers' loyalty for granted. If I had to recommend one place to dine in the Miami area, this would be it.

Wonderful experience top to bottom. Great rooftop space as well for cocktail hangout after excellent dinner. Visited La Terrazza for a nightcap and the teams up and downstairs were friendly but not intrusive. Will return.

Visited here to celebrate my mom‘s birthday, so it was a very important occasion for me and my family. The entire team from Reservations, to the door, management and all of the waitstaff were wonderful and took great care of all of us, including my two-year-old daughter. The food was outstanding And Chef took special consideration to accommodate some severe dietary restrictions we have. All in all I found Fiola to be One of the most hospitable and enjoyable Culinary experiences I have had in the last couple years. The restaurant deserves at least one star and I will certainly hope they receive One this year. Thanks again to the entire team for making our special occasion a memorable one! We will be back !

It was a very bad experience, I really wanted to visit this beautiful restaurant, I wanted to celebrate my birthday there, but everything went very wrong, the service was terrible, the people were never friendly, when I called them they were late and not because they were busy. I just think that they didn't care, I asked for something to eat and after almost more than half an hour I asked, they told me that they were going to make it, it seems that they forgot, so I said that I didn't want anything, I paid and I left, very sad, thinking where I was going to celebrate my birthday. I felt so bad there, I'm not used to this. My wine was gone and they didn't even ask me if I wanted another one. It was horrible. My name is Celmira Jimenez. (Frustrated).

Stepping into Fiola Miami, you're immediately enveloped in an atmosphere that blends the luxurious with the unpretentious, a memorable dining experience. First course, a flight of caviar that sets a high bar with its delicate flavors and textures that has to be slowly savored. Next, Caesar salad, with a twist of basil that makes it pop served alongside a fish of octopus charred to perfection, tender yet imbued with a smoky exterior. Lastly, the waygu tomahawk steak makes an entrance, a showstopper that combines visual appeal with an unmatched flavor- medium rare of course. Truffled mashed potatoes was the perfect counterpoint. Lastly, breve latte with a bowl of fresh fruit brought the meal to a close but an experience that leaves a lingering memory. And the highlight was having Tom and then Chef Ganem stop by to make the experience all the more personal. Bravo! Will be back for sure.

Amazing dining experience. Our server Teresa gave us great recommendations and was very attentive and friendly. My boyfriend and I both did the $45 prix fixe brunch. I think the restaurant's prix fixed offerings (they have a lunch one too) are where they shine the most. The portions are good and you three courses. Between my boyfriend and I we were able to try 6 different dishes. All were beautifully plated and tasted delicious.Parking: Restaurant has valet parking, but I think you are better off parking on the street or there is lots of parking in the sunset place garage if you don't mind walking.

Came for brunch with my girlfriend and we were very hesitant because of many reviews of inconsistency in people's meals. We sat at 1:30 in the lounge.First of all major shout out to Teresa who was our server and bartender? She was amazing, attentive, honest, and knowledgeable. I wish all service could be like today. We decided on both taking the prefix menusApp: Ceviche and Wagyu tartarEntree: Branzino and Pork and Eggs - Medium (forgot actual name on menu)Desert: Boche Cheesecake and Gelato (Vanilla and Chocolate)All the food was honestly perfect. Well seasoned. Well cooked. Wine was flowing and the timing was great.10/10 experience. Not sure how dinner service is but wow. Great brunch. Thanks again Teresa!

Had dinner yesterday with some colleagues and once again, it was absolutely perfect. Service was attentive, but not intrusive. we had several dishes, including the new rigatoni vodka, which continues to amaze me. I also enjoyed the new basil Caesar salad ... is very different than any other Caesar salad ....excellent. And of course an amazing bottle from their spectacular wine cellar... sommelier Eric is a class act...

Juan made us feel welcome. It was very fancy and made my daughter feel uncomfortable at first. It doesn't seem like a family enviroment. I'm glad Juan the waiter was able to help us understand the menu and make us at ease.

Simply exquisite experience with not a single bad bite. Attention was superb and the preparation of the offerings we selected were the finest versions we've ever had -from the tuna crudo, to the cioppini as well as the decadent dessert were spot on. Fiona is certainly most worthy of multiple return visits and unequivocally a candidate for a Michelin star.
