They left my car dirty inside and out. I paid $70 to have them do a poorly done job. I was a loyal customer until today. I'm never going again. The guys who attended told me that they didn't clean because I didn't pay for the $80 cleaning fee. A THEFT.

Finally, car wash that's quick, efficient, and friendly.First Class did a great cleaning job! The interior and exterior wear shed off in a single morning while I was having breakfast with my fiance at the shops. I will be returning for future services and highly recommend.

YES! The location is convenient, as you may drop your car off and enjoy your time over some lunch or shopping. First Class really lives up to its name in service! I took my car in for cleaning and the staff was incredibly friendly and did an amazing job. My car was left spotless! I didnt have any troubles with payment either. Apart from that, as an environmental advocate, the "water-less" wash was surprising to see and was equally or more effective than wasting GALLONS of water.love it, reccomend!

Absolutely love coming here when I come to the mall. I'm super picky on how I like my car cleaned and they make sure to get every detail to the T. I have recommended friends and loved ones to First Class and I've heard nothing but great things. Love the team and their hard work, 100% recommend this place to anyone who is in the area !!

This one star review has nothing to do with the service the employees give. They're thorough in their cleaning and very helpful and friendly. However during my latest visit to the car wash, the system was down and not taking any credit card payments except through Amex. They said I could use Zelle. However when I tried to send payment it wasn't a registered recipient. The employee who helped me said he'd contacted the main offices for help in the situation but no one has responded to him. I asked for the main offices number and he said those lines were down too. Unbelievable! Again it has nothing to do with the actual car wash. It's just mind boggling to me that a luxury car wash company can't have a functioning credit card system, respond to their employees in a timely manner or have a functioning phone line.

Paid VIP service and this is how bad and dirty they left my car. I called them to provide me with a solution and they stopped replying. Waste of money
