I must say that Jack was amazing he really knows what he’s doing, after having not the best experience at some other shops I thought I was out of luck but after today I know where to bring my BMW.
I can recommend this shop it seems very trust worthy and customer oriented so in case I’m in need of service or repairs this will be my go to!
Thanks again Jack and the team, you guys are awesome!

An unexpected flat tire led me to German Car Care last week after having driven in front of it hundreds of times before. Upon parking my car, Jack immediately greeted me and identified himself as the manager, asking how he could help. It was 15 minutes to closing time, and I had just badly punctured my right front tire. He quickly and efficiently advised me they'd be able to source the tire first thing the next morning and have the car ready in the afternoon. Their pricing was extremely reasonable and, when I showed up to pick up my car, Felipe was treating it to the most thorough wash it's probably ever had. I also met Juan and Diana inside the shop, and both were very nice and pleasant as well. Needless to say, I'll be frequenting GCC for my car's needs going forward and urge you to do the same.

I brought my X7 first to Braman because my second row seat was not going back into position. Braman came back with a $6k estimate. They basically quoted me the cost of replacing the entire row without even looking into the issue. A friend of mine told me about German Car Care, so I brought the car in for a second opinion. 30 minutes later after dropping my car off I got a call from them letting me know the car was fixed and ready for pick up. It looks like the seat had locked in before going back in place. They simply had to unlock it with a screwdriver and push the button to go back. This is the type of honest service one expects and never gets at a place like Braman. I'm delighted to have found my go-to service center in Miami. Thank you German Car Care!!!!

Needed a battery for BMW and called them at 7:30 - told to bring the car right in. I also asked them to check if any other service was needed. When I went in to pick up the car, they had checked the service history of the vehicle and told me everything was up to date. Everyone very friendly and professional. And much more reasonably priced than going to the dealer!!

My sister who’s down in Miami for college decided to come here for an oil change on her 4 cylinder bmw which only needs 5 quarts of oil. They wanted $215 for just an oil change, and proceeded to tell me that Liqui moly oil they use is $18 a quart when online and any part store has 5 quarts of Liqui moly for $45 so that’s kind of wild. And on top of it they told her she needed a bunch of maintenance items that had already been changed and when I asked if they checked to see if they were changed Jack told me no, they didn’t check and stated the carfax didn’t have a history of those items being changed. So you just wanted to sell a young woman something just because and don’t even look? That’s funny, like she doesn’t have people back home to ask about that stuff. And then because I’m asking questions Jack proceeds to say I am rude. All good last time we will be going here. Found another place for $135 oil change with the same oil.

Been here multiple times. Jack is friendly and helpful. Juan is knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the lady on the counter/phones is unhelpful, and also does not pass on messages. Trying to follow up on a commitment from the shop has not been easy.
