I visited GLOSS today for the first time and am very happy with my chrome builder nails! The salon is nice, the owners are friendly and caring. My only minus would be that my appointment started late and I ended up going about 30 mins late in total. My tech was very attentive to detail tough! I’ll probably visit the salon again in the future.
Update: I've been getting my nails done by Isabel now regularly she's always on time, super attentive to all the details and just the best!

I went in for a mani pedi and i absolutely loved my whole experience. I recommend Merly since she did a magnificent job on my hands and toes and was very gentle. Not only that but she also made sure to keep everything clean and sanitary and my whole experience comfortable. Will be returning soon!!

I had my manicure done by Sol. She did a wonderful Russian service, and she was very gentle and thorough. I've never had such beautiful nails.
I highly recommend Gloss, they provide excellent service.

Ok so I love gloss been coming here for years. But I just had my pedicure done by Merlis and OMG she is awesome like she is my fave! Truly see that she loves what she does. She is the best !!!

aceme here for a dazzle dry manicure before my dlgiht home. Merlis was excellent and so thorough, all while being quick without sacrificing quality (i was out in 40 mins)
better than what i have gotten in NYC!

I had my nails done by Merlis and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I recently had arm surgery, and she was incredibly gentle and thoughtful throughout the entire appointment, always making sure I was comfortable. On top of that, her work was flawless — I absolutely loved the results! Highly recommend her and will definitely be coming back. 💅✨

I visited GLOSS Nail Bar today for a 60-minute “Custom Pedicure,” priced at $70. I left extremely disappointed, with an injured nail, unfinished service, and concerns about sanitation and hygiene.
Within the first 10 minutes of the pedicure, the technician caused my toe to bleed. When I asked for an antiseptic, she claimed she had already applied something and told me not to worry—hardly reassuring, especially given the lack of transparency and the potential for infection.
Worse still, about halfway through the session, the technician informed me that she was “finished.” Confused, I asked whether the Custom Pedicure—which is marketed as one of their higher-tier services—was only 30 minutes long. She seemed unaware of what service I had actually booked and then offered to just give me a massage. I declined, asking instead for the callus removal that is clearly included in the service description. She had already cleaned up her station by then, and the remainder of the appointment felt like a confused scramble to salvage an increasingly unprofessional situation. There was no further soaking, no hot oil wrap, and no nail buff—all of which are specifically listed as part of the Custom Pedicure on their website.
The technician even mentioned I’d have to return a second time to fully remove the calluses, despite the service description clearly stating: “Sumptuous pedicure plus a complete removal of calluses and roughness, and an organic oil wrap.” None of that was delivered as promised.
In total, I spent an hour—half of it devoted to mistake correction—and left with a bleeding toe, calluses still intact, and growing concern about the possibility of infection. For a $70 premium pedicure, this experience was unacceptable.
Lastly, I want to preempt what appears to be a pattern in their online responses: I’ve seen the business reply to negative reviews stating they were “unable to find the appointment.” I visited today at 1:40 PM and have documentation of my appointment and payment. I’ll gladly provide this if the business attempts to deny my visit.
I expected professional service and basic hygiene. I received neither.
