I had a very disappointing experience at this location yesterday. I came in for a simple tire rotation, but instead of getting the service I requested, I was told that my alignment had “expired” and that it would cost me $300 to do the alignment. That price is outrageous—typical alignment services cost between $50 and $200 depending on the vehicle, and a front-end alignment alone usually runs $50 to $75.
Even if there was an issue with the alignment, that should not have prevented them from performing the tire rotation, which was never done. It felt like a classic upsell tactic, prioritizing commissions over customer service.
This place comes across as more focused on overcharging customers than providing honest, professional service. I won’t be returning, and I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for straightforward, reasonably priced auto maintenance.

I cannot say enough how kind, professional and so wonderful this store is! They helped my daughter when she needed new tires then later with an oil change and I’m just so thankful that she found a place that took care of her needs and was honest. I live in another state and it’s always a parent’s worry when your kiddo calls frantically for help with their car. I decided to visit this store myself when I came in for a visit took my daughter’s car for an oil change and Petros Haldoupos was so NICE, he made me feel so welcomed. In any auto repair world it’s hard as a female and if you have an of needs this place can take care I absolutely recommend for you to come here! My goodness, wish I had this crew back home in Texas! God bless this place!

Nothing but good things to say about Petros! Such a kind and caring man. Although we weren’t able to find out what was wrong with my car, he still took the time to test drive it to give me some insight for the dealership. Super helpful and much appreciated!

Came here because I had a tire that needed a patch and had nowhere else to go out of desperation. Was disappointed to arrive and be told that they could not patch my tire due to the wear and tear on it. Now look - my tires were nowhere near brand new, but they weren't in a condition that they would crack or break if they were to get a patch. The reps here tried to sell me on new tires for the whole car claiming that that's the only way the would be able to help, I refused and took my business elsewhere. I ended up placing the spare and driving up to a family owned business in North Miami Beach where they successfully patched the tire saving me hundreds of $$ in tire costs. Do not recommend this place.

Vivian at the front desk has amazing customer service. She’s extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Good year really got lucky finding her, she’s a gem.

I was promised a $70 credit after paying $1600 for car repairs at your location last year. I provided my address, but never received anything. Today, I called to follow up and was told—for the first time—that I needed to submit a request with the invoice. No one at the branch mentioned this before.
When I called the promotions department, they refused to help and sent me back to the branch. Then brunch employee put me on hold for over 40 minutes without any response.
This is either complete negligence or intentional misguidance to avoid honoring your promises.

Visit Goodyear on Coral Gables last week went for a flat repair , Vivian was very professional showed me that the tire could not be repaired ! I then explained that I wasn’t ready to purchase the tire, she replied don’t worry I will help you out ! I purchased 4 tires with my New Goodyear C.C and she stated that I have 6 month free interest.

Arrived at 8am on a Tuesday and had two tires replaced in 30 minutes. Peter was very helpful and knowledgeable. You pay a higher price but still cheaper and faster than the Collection.

Could not have been happier with the service or the price. Vivian (the assistant service manager) was very pleasant, fair and knowledgeable.
If I need any tire service in the future, I now have my spot.

took Tesla with simple nail in tire, they said they couldnt work around the acoustic foam in tire.. dont take youre EV here they dont know how to help you

I am SUPER happy with my new Goodyear tires. I was riding on an inferior tire for the last two sets and decided to upgrade. I had NO IDEA what a difference a set of quality tires would make for the ride. It's like night and day. The truck felt like it had no suspension before at all. Now, I feel like it's how your ride should be. I don't feel like I hit every single bump on the ride, instead, I lightly bounce over it all. So smooth! Never buying cheap tires again. You do get what you pay for. The service was amazing. Rafael (Mora) was patient and kind and extremely helpful. I appreciate being treated like a customer! All money well spent.
