Cervicio is terrible. They kept a watch for me for 6 months and the watch was in the store very bad. Cervicio I do not recommend it.

This store seems terrible to me. I never thought that Gucci service would be so bad. I left a watch repaired and they sent it. I paid for the repair and the watch took 6 months to appear and customer service told me that the store had had it since September and They said no and I showed the Trang number until I made a fuss in less than 5 mm, it appeared that their service was truly terrible.

This Gucci store located on the first floor inside Merrick Park in Coral Gables provides a good shopping experience with its good selection of high quality products.The store's aesthetic is visually appealing, and the staff's assistance is exceptional. Overall, a great place to explore luxury fashion and I highly recommend it.

I bought a men’s wallet and women’s purse a few months ago. The men’s wallet comes with the Gucci logo embossed. After 4 months the logo started fading. After 6 months the logo was off and completely faded. I went to the store and asking for help and they sent the wallet some kind of service to NY. After a week they called me telling that they cant do anything about that I need to keep the wallet with the defects. I called back and they wasn’t able to offered any solution at all. Please don’t go there and waste your money with a brand that it doesn’t care about their customers!

I want to leave a really special and specific review regarding a super professional girl names Jing jing , I went there 3 times and the attention was the same “excellent” unfortunately I didn’t find the size of the shoe I need and I had to return . But also her attitude was really special. Please take in count this girl make me feel really want to keep going to this Gucci and shop only with her and yes I will come back soon . ?

This was the first and last time visiting this Gucci store, my wife and I were excited to buy our first Gucci shoes ,unfortunately our last time there too.We purchased one pair of shoes for each of us but for my wife they only put one shoe inside the box, when we opened the box at home we realized that one shoe was missing!!!.We have to return to the store next day to ask to the manager how that was possible since the only costumer at that time were us???.Also we spoke on our way out with more costumer having other issues with the store like delivering wrong belts, wrong purses and more. If you want to buy in this store think twice, apparently they don’t care about costumer care any more.

Wonderful friendly staff. Went in to repair one of my favorite Gucci belts and the Manager Mr. Rydel went beyond what is expected for such attention to detail.Belt was quickly repaired and returned in simply and quick process!Mrs. Emely Valiente the "Team Coordinator " was so kind to send updates via emails. Love the attention and I thank you for making me feel special Gucci! We will always shop here!

Nita always has treated my mother and i with so much kindness and respect. She is a top notch Gucci sales associate, and i wouldn’t want to be helped by anyone else honestly. She understands my style, and she’s a pleasure to shop with. This is the second time she’s helped me select a few items and it won’t be the last! I highly recommend this boutique and seeking out her service in particular !
