This place is disappointing. I'm giving it three stars because the selection and the quality of the tile is great. No complains there. However, you better hope that when you arrive there you get paired with a good sales person, because once you deal with one person, you are stuck with them through the end of time. Even if you ask to work with a different sales person, they won't help you. You are stuck. I had an amazing sales person my first time buying here in 2019. Her name is Eddy Godoy. However, when she moved back to Spain we inherited the new agent, and the customer service suffered a great deal. My recommendation, if you decide to go to Iberia Tile and you if you live in Coral Gables, is to make the drive to the Doral location and deal with a sales person there. It may be a little more of a drive, but you will get better service.

A great place to buy tiles for your property. We had to come here to check something on behalf a customer and we were amazed how clean the place looks like and the quality of the products they have. Loved by Miami 24/7 Plumbing. Good job guys.

Highly recommend if you want upscale product and world class service. Sebastian was so helpful in helping match my kitchen scheme with the beautiful backsplash tiles. His service was a breath of fresh air - responsive and even willing to drive to other location the day I needed to pick up the supplies. As the finished picture show, their products are amazing

Although we did not end up buying tiles from Iberia, Sebastian at Coral Gables store, was one of the most helpful sales person we have found in the Miami area! He was very knowledgable and followed up.

We went to Iberia tiles to purchase tiles for a feature wall, kitchen back splash, and base boards for a concrete floor for our corporate offices. Jeanette was great followed up on our delivery status and tiles were delivered as promised on time.

We visited many of the popular tile places looking for floor tiles. We were very fortunate to be helped by Jeanette Dallen, right away she pointed us to a floor tile we absolutely loved! The service at Iberia was the best. We ended up also buying backsplash tile for our kitchen at Iberia also. Great customer service and help with the design from Jeanette. Thank you so much for your help!

The employee, Sebastian, who originally assisted me was great. He was very helpful in showing me tile samples and in aiding my purchasing decision. I asked him to ship a sample of the tile I had selected to an interior designer (who happened to be my mother), for final approval. He agreed that he would do it the following day, via 3-Day air. I was in a time crunch so, quick service was a key. Several days passed, and I assumed the tile sample was on its way. Unfortunately his supervisors decided that I should pay for the shipping, and they never sent the tile samples and didn't notify me of their decision regarding this matter. Sebastian, eventually called me to request $17 before they were going to ship the samples. The money isn't really the issue here, it's that the tiles weren't shipped as I was told they would be. There was a long enough delay between when I was told they were being shipped, and when they called me to alert me that they weren't shipped that I will have lost enough time that I will be paying a contractor to basically just wait for the now-much-delayed tiles. In fact, Sebastian said he was going to speak to his supervisor(s) 3 days ago regarding this situation, and I still have not heard back from him. The relatively small amount of money that it would have cost Iberia to ship would have easily been recouped when I placed my order for not only that specific tile in question, for the bathroom but, the enormous order that I was to place the following week for many, many thousands of dollars of tile for the entire home that I'm renovating. The good service, followed by bad business decisions, followed by lack of communication has me convinced that I should not do business with this establishment in the future.
