It's horrible that they don't take care of their clients. My husband has been a client for 20 years and the prices go up more every day. We quote with another company and the prices are much cheaper for the same coverage. More clients explode every day. Check other companies and compare, we are considering leaving now. Not recommended. I have been a long time State Farm client and I contacted this office to get my coverage updated when I moved. The initial phone call was nice and everyone in the office introduced themselves. However, I never heard from anyone again and never got an updated policy. I ended up contacting another office and got an updated policy the next day.
