I would be careful buying from here. Their guy Rob sounds horrible from the way he treats strangers on the internet while bragging about owning this company. Just be careful if he approaches you, a guy like this isn't selling for your best interest, it's to brag online and put others down

GREAT experience! Honestly. I’m a 21 year old girl, I’ve been looking for a new car for awhile and I’ve had many bad experiences with car salesmen, and I’m so glad I came here. Samson Chism was amazing, spoke to me with respect and clarity, a hard thing to find nowadays. Spoke with the manager Roberto Núñez, and also amazing. Showed me the price I wanted to see from the beginning, there was no need to haggle back and forth for 30 minutes. Recommend for anyone looking for a stress free car buying experience. Thank you!!

Salesman lied to me from the jump as to me leasing my car. Complete waste of time. Dealer blew up my phone to buy back my low mileage Q50RS I show up and they disrespect me with a low offer under payoff. Mind you this has happened 4 times as to me living 45 min. Away from the dealer. They sell you this image over the phone and completely bs in person. Was looking into cars they were going to lower the price as to me being a “loyal Infiniti customer” they didn’t drop nothing.

I just left with my brand new Q60 and am thrilled. Jeff was the best salesperson. I highly recommend his expertise.
Edit: After having my car for six months it was stolen and never recovered in May of 2022. When I called the dealership to find out about GPS tracking and Jeff informed me that the model Q60 I had (a 2021 model I leased in December of 2021) was the only model without GPS and that the new 2022 models do have GPS if I was looking to get another car. Trying to sell me another vehicle after mine was stolen was really poor customer service. I still get emails about getting my car serviced to this day. It’s 2024. My car’s been gone. Thanks to you selling me the only model that has no gps locator. ?

High quality, helpful staff all around: Kenia in sales is on it! Always available to text/help. Samson showed and sold me the car - never pushy, straight forward, super helpful and overall just an incredibly impressive person who I, and my 13 yr old son who accompanied me, really appreciated! A bonus gift. Danny on the mech/shop side, was awesome. He answered all my last minute mechanical questions regarding the used vehicle for the win! Tiffany in finance shined bright with her deep knowledge and was super helpful in explaining the available options before finalizing the transaction - as pleasant an experience as it gets. Throughout the process, Pablo made me feel welcome and valued as he ultimately oversaw that everything ran smoothly - and it did!
The vehicles are awesome. But it’s the people that make the experience five star! Ownership is doing something right here. Cheers

What a sad company.
When I purchased a car with them, they scratched the front bumper and promised to fix it and not report the accident as it was a minimal thing.
I trusted them
Now I am trying to sell the car since I'm moving, and the car has a reported accident.
Went to see them, and they promised someone will co tact me.
Noone did.
I only hope noone will go through such thing again as they were and are VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY
