I was VERY impressed by the service here. I was seen by Rafael who was friendly, communicative and super thorough. I also interacted with a few others as I waited for my vehicle to be serviced: a lovely person who helped me get some coffee and an office (I worked as my car was being serviced so this was a HUGE PLUS), and two managers (I think one in sales and one in service). I was blown away and will definitely be back. I had thought of getting my car aligned elsewhere to possibly "save money", but they were competitive and really it was an incredible experience. Kudos to your team!

My husband and I just signed a lease for a 2024 QX60. We were serviced with utmost care by Valerie Escobar. We had the ability to bond with her and trust her. What was impactful was the test drive. Valerie was so detailed describing all the great technical features the car had. She drove first and showed us all important functions. Then it was our turn and we had the wow effect of the car. Valerie shared the joy with us and to this date personally checked in with us. True and honest customer care!!

Bought a '22 Q50 Sensory this week and it was such a great experience. Jorge, Mia, Jeff and the rest of the team treated us really well and not once did we ever get that "car salesman" pressure about anything. This operation clearly does business by being genuine, honesty, and friendly. They gave me a great deal and I walked out very happy. The facility is beautiful with lots of amenities including a play area for your kids and some really nice modern bathrooms. The best part is the coffee though!Pro tip: These guys aren't playing around when it comes to coffee. They have some serious equipment on site. Don't say no when they offer you something. Get a cortadito and prepare yourself for one of the best cups of coffee you'll ever have. I'm not exaggerating!

Went to Coral Gables to go pick up my first car ever. I had Yosbani as my salesman and he was great. Very genuine and will help you with whatever you need. With his assistance he helped me get an infiniti q50 sport that I am in love with. Overall, it was a great experience for buying my first car.

UPDATE 120223.It is now 5 weeks and still waiting for them to send title/tag paperwork and payment they collected from me at time of purchase, to my home state of AL. I called in at the 3 week mark as hadn't heard anything to find they hadn't done anything yet. They demanded I get a VIN check done at my local DMV in AL and then send that form to them. I did this even though I was advised by 3 different local AL DMV offices that this was NOT the standard way of doing this. The dealership is supposed to send the paperwork and payment to my local DMV and when they receive, my local DMV calls me in to their office to complete the paperwork and at that time they do the VIN inspection.I don't have a valid temp tag and so can't drive the car I bought until this title/tag process is done! I have no idea when this process will get done!Tiffany Shelton in their office is supposed to be coordinating and monitoring this process and she isn't - I have to contact her constantly to get things done that she should already be doing.I have also been contacting Roberto Nunez [their GSM] and he appears to be MIA. I am shocked at the poor post purchase customer service of this dealership as I expected it going in to be HIGH because it is Infiniti vs 1 of the BIG 3. It just appears they dont give a s*&t! I have filed a complaint with Infiniti USA and plan to also give them a POOR review on GOOGLE. It is frustrating as it is for a vehicle I bought for my son Johnathan who died recently being part of the US ARMY and it feels that they are hurting not only me but my dead son and my spouse and other children - how heartless, unfeeling and apathetic can you be!

I have bought many vehicles since I met Tiffany years ago at another dealership (my wife and daughter have also been entrusted to her finance magic) but have continued doing business with her regardless of where she works because she always gets me the best possible approval and if there’s something she doesn’t have she helps me find it. For example, I recently purchased a specialty luxury vehicle that isn’t normally found at Infiniti but she was able to find the car and get the financing done for me there. Absolutely incredible experience as always. Thank you.

Just leased a new car for my wife and Daniel made the process very smooth! He was able to work the best deal for us. We are very appreciative of his patience with showing us the car and making sure we were all set up before leaving the dealership. Very professional and respectful! Tiffany from finance was also amazing and made the process very smooth! We will definitely be coming back to Infiniti of Coral gables. Thank you!

Had such a great experience at this location. Valerie and Edgardo were both an absolute PLEASURE to work with and were extremely helpful through my entire experience! Valerie was very kind, personable, prompt, and attentive. Edgardo helped me understand the financial aspect of it and was honest about my options and helped me out as much as he could. They both made me feel very comfortable and kept me smiling, I really enjoyed my experience here and would highly recommend this location to anyone! ESPECIALLY working with Valerie and Edgardo. Thank you thank you thank you!

This dealership sold me a used VW Jetta that had been sitting in their inventory for over 2 months. They made it seem like a big deal that they were ordering an interior panel for me. In retrospect it seems like thats literally the least they were able to do. Things that pissed me off about dealing with INFINITI of Coral Gables:1. I bought the car on 10/26 and I was unable to pick it up until 10 days later, 11/4. 10 days in which I had no car and no loaner was offered to me. 2. Florida does not have a cooling off period when purchasing a car, you're left at the mercy of the dealership when it comes to trying to return the car. Since they kept the car for 10 days after my purchase, the argument of wanting to return it became more difficult to justify. Because in the eyes of the banks, why did it take you 10 days to realize you don't want this car? I called on 11/6, 2 days after receiving the car to talk about the return policy. No one has called me back.3. The reason they kept the car for 10 days was to order a kick panel for the driver's side interior. The kick panel was missing exposing wires, alongside the missing kick panel was the missing foot rest. I repeated the word foot rest multiple times while talking to my salesperson, Henry. I repeated the words foot rest multiples times over the 10 days I kept calling to check in on my car with Henry and Danny. I was then told they needed to order a cable that was damaged. I reiterated if the foot rest was finished and it's just the cable we are waiting for? I was told yes. When I showed up to pick it up, there was no footrest.4. When they told me it was ready I told them I would be there within an hour. I arrived two hours later and still had to wait around for Henry to get me to my car because I guess no one else knew what was going on? When I walked into the dealership I let them know I was here to pick up the car I just bought 10 days ago. The guy in the first office to the right of the coffee bar when you walk in didn't have an answer for me. So instead of taking me to where customers usually pick up the vehicles they just bought he just led me to henrys office and told me to wait there for him. I could have done that myself thank you for the least amount of help you could have possibly provided.5. I was told many things by Henry, that although I truly think he meant well, did not happen. Aside from the footrest, I was told that the fluids were topped off and I was going to drive off with a full tank of gas. I was told that the car would be cleaned and have a car wash. I was also told that the battery was bad and that Henry fought with the service dept to get a new battery installed. Well, I did not have a full tank of gas, I had a quarter. They let me drive off with the monroney sticker still taped to the inside of my front windshield, obstructing my view and making me immediately pull over to peel the sticker off myself. Once I realized the gas tank was not full, I called Henry and he had me come back to get it filled. He then kinda scolded the service people for letting me drive off with the monroney sticker when it should have been removed for me. Another 30 minutes waiting around for the vehicle I purchased 10 days ago. 6. It's dark in the parking garage and I wasn't able to notice until I got home that there was no car wash performed on my car. Literally one of the reasons Henry told me to leave the car and not take it home with me that day was that he was gonna have the team wash it for me. I found old food crumbs in the tray under the radio, the windows have greasy smudges inside and out, and there is literally a cooked black bean on the floor on the passenger side. 7. As previously mentioned, they told me they changed my battery. Once I took it home, I ran a diagnostic test on it with an at-home diagnostic reader. 47 error codes come up with over 70% off the error codes being related to "Low Voltage". How could my car have low voltage if they just changed the battery? I took it to VW so they can run a diagnostic test
