I had to give at least one star because I couldn't leve 0 stars. Avoid buying from this dealer they are listed as professional seller but they are a fraud they list items and once you send a payment they cancel the transaction because supposedly they made a price error. If they are"professional" they would honor the sell and man up to their "mistake"

The service at Jae’s is incredible! Jill and her team did a fantastic job matching my project’s original aesthetics to a new custom design.Follow-up is great! The shop is timely! The jewelry maker has a refined taste and is very creative and technically superb! What craftsmanship!I am over the moon happy!

Had a wonderful experience getting an engagement ring. Maria was patient, courteous and attentive. Due to being a custom design, I went multiple times. Every time, Maria, Andrea and Jill were very accommodating and personable. Having minimal knowledge of jewelry, they happily answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for fine jewelry and exceptional service.

I had a great experience at Jae’s Jewelers. Andrea patiently helped me sort through the many, many options they had available. We created the perfect engagement ring together that my now “fiancé” loves so very much. I also was on a time crunch since I procrastinated on the ring purchase, Andrea & Jae’s Jewelers delivered on time as they said they would! I highly recommend them as a reputable and reliable company.
