Great service, beautiful new service facility. I experienced extended service on my vintage Jaguar XK performed during the recent Jaguar shut down in the UK facility computer hack. Erick Flores, my Collection service adviser, is exceptional. He is knowledgeable, understanding of client inquiries, keeps one informed of cost expectations and time-frame considerations during the repairs. He goes above and beyond to assist with a customer’s vehicle service-related questions. Thank you Erick!

Jose Jimenez Service Advisor was fantastic in helping my wife with a same day appointment at the Service Center. From his speedy responsiveness over the phone through the call center to quickly fixing her car issue —I can’t speak more highly about the excellent experience she had thanks to Jose! The facility is also state of the art.
We’re (formerly) loyal to the Pompano Beach location but it’s looks like the Coral Gables team has won our business moving forward. Highly recommend!
