“Montica is a superb jewelry company! I contacted them regarding an inquiry to purchase an engagement ring. I had the pleasure of speaking with Maria. During our phone call, I asked several questions and expressed some concerns I had. Not only did she answer my questions, but she was also able to address my concerns with the utmost care.I scheduled a visit to the showroom. Upon entering, I was greeted with her warm smile. During the visit, she showed me several diamonds that met the criteria I requested. After about 45 minutes, we selected a diamond and a setting. Due to the nature of the purchase, it had to be custom-made.Approximately 3.5 weeks later, the ring was ready. When I returned to the showroom, she not only provided the ring but also included other goodies to assist with the proposal and maintenance of the ring.Thank you so much, Maria and Montica, for making this purchase so easy and pleasurable.”
