“My faucet spray head stopped working properly. I went to HD but they couldn't help me. I went to Ferguson and the rep at the front desk was super helpful. She emailed their service team, and she helped me get a new faucet spray head through the manufacturer and made sure it was paid for through the warranty. I don't even know if the faucet was purchased through Ferguson, but their service desk was awesome and helped me greatly. 100% recommend for their customer service.”
