Our Lakeview Loan Officers were both very good. They helped throughly throughout the process. Any time I had questions, they were available. They were also good about waiting to make sure the home was completed to my satisfaction before closing.

Nightmare of a company... Worst customer service ever. How do you get in touch with someone who actually speaks to you when you have an issue or question. I need to find a way to get my mortgage loan somewhere else. Don't use this company you'll regret it.

Terrible company. Never gets back to you. Wait on hold forever. No get a straight answer. They ***** up your escrow on purpose.
