With 9 minutes until closing, I went in to exchange pants I hadn’t worn because they were too big, thinking I would have to get a gift card and order online. To my surprise, they had my size and fit in stock!The swap took less than 4 minutes and all in all, my experience was great; amazing location!

Super bad attention. I bought some clothes in this place and when I left there was a table with simple snacks and I was going to pick some strawberries for my baby. And the man who was there looked at me and asked if I was a member because that was only for people who had a membership. And I'm ok! But I just bought it and he said sorry, it can't be done. Wt?

My favorite lululemon location! The staff is always more than willing to help out and very accommodating to make sure you have a nice experience. I came in tonight to do an exchange and Brandon made the process quick and easy :)

It’s not the quality of the stuff they sell, it’s the amazing people they have working at the Aventura store. I want to give Rain a shout out for great customer service and finding a way to help with my concern when I walked in the store the weekend before Mothers Day. She genuinely cared about my situation and found a solution and a way to make it work. Thank you Rain!!!

What a beautiful store. Really helpful staff in finding anything you need. I had to do a return and exchange and it went very smoothly.The changing room staff was also very helpful in making sure you try what you wanted.I loved the vibe of the store and helpfulness if the staff.The checkout line moves quickly and is seamless. I will return since this brand really gets it.

I bought a gift for my husband for father’s day that came recommended. My shopping experience that day was great. Today, my husband went to exchange the shirt for another size and the sales person was absolutely unprofessional, rude and nasty for zero reason. He treated my husband so rudely. Basically barked at him to take everything out of the bag and I guess assumed he didn’t have a receipt which we did. My husband asked if there were other sizes and the sales rep said for him to go and get it. Hello!!! If you are the sales person it is your job to provide the customer experience. Clearly, this is not the place for you. I would not recommend shopping at the Merrick Park location. Save yourself the time and shop online.

Great place the employees helped a lot with helping find correct sizes and when I couldn't find a size they could ship it too your house for free!

I love lulu but I will no longer be giving business to this particular store. First, it's always out of sizes. Second, your employees are incredibly rude and unhelpful. I bought a pair of leggings in Savannah and I got the wrong size. I came in to return them and there was a $10 difference (like I would know why). I asked the employee to look up what they were online (not that it makes a huge difference but just wanted to know). She gave me attitude the whole time. I also was returning another pair of leggings and didn't have the card it was brought with. This employee treated me like an absolute idiot. She then wasn't sure if she could put it on a gift card. Cmon chick, it's 2022. I was dying to get out of the store and never go back. Wish I got her name. Customer service skills suck. Be nice or go away.

Bought a pair of pants for my son about 6 months ago and they got a strange discoloration. I mentioned to one of the girls at the store and told me to bring in the pants to see what they could do. Came back to the store today with the pants and saw a an older guy with gingerly hair and glasses that works there, he immediately said the stain occurred at home and it was the way I took care of the pants. It’s definitely a quality in the discoloration of the material of the product, then he said he had the same pants and nothing has happened to them. My daughter bought some leggings and he checked her out at the counter and was sarcastically telling her how to wash the leggings then stuffed the receipt in the bag! Terrible customer service, definitely won’t be back to this store!!!!!
