Madewell sells high quality clothing. I had bought a pair of pants here and they are so comfortable and made with nice materials. I came here to browse. I think they are in between seasons with their displays. Anyhow, the staff is helpful and give good advice on sizing I tried on a nice pair of shows but unfortunately they did not have my exact size. Neither did their website. I also liked some of their purses but I am stocked on those for a bit.This store is very comfortable and relaxing to browse and shop. I like the variety of colors and prints.

I’m a regular customer, came in to exchange a pair of jeans ( I never exchange anything from this store but this time I really had to since the jeans were not making me feel comfortable) the sales attendant was so incredibly rude and inexperienced dealing with customers. Said that she wouldn’t normally exchange the jeans but she would make an exception this time. She made me feel as if I was an inconvenient shopper. Last time I will drop by this place.

I will start off by saying I am a loyal customer of madewell . Literally 80 percent of my clothes comes from this store. I had an issue with the quality of an item and an issue of exchange for a sweater because it was too large within the 30 day exchange period after spending over 1400 in just one bill. The manager who dealt with me was so rude and unhelpful. Basically told me the store will not do anything about the matter and on top of that she really wasn’t nice about it. I am not one to cause a scene so I let the issue go but Sadly I will not be shopping at madewell anymore.... I rather spend my money somewhere I am appreciated. My advise to the company is to ensure their sales persons are at the very least polite to the customers! I will be making a formal complaint with the company against this store as often times the sales girls are busy chatting amongst themselves and otherwise being very snobby with the customers.

I just heard recently about this brand by a friend who has the central shirt with stripes. Really felt in love with the quality when I saw her from far away! I ordered online the white central shirt. Now I find myself wearing it all the time. So versatile Feels great, look amazing. I received compliments all the time. It's a wardrobe staple and yes, The price worth it! A trick: divided the price by the times you are going to wear it.

I love this store. The employees are usually helpful and attentive. If you're a student make sure to show your ID at checkout and you'll receive 15% your entire purchase (even if your items are on sale). The items tend to be on the pricier side, but keep your eyes out for sales because they occur often.

I was so excited when Madewell opened at Merrick Park! I like to consider it the more casual cousin of J. Crew and it's by far one of my favorite stores. With only an outpost at Lincoln Road beforehand, it was definitely a welcome addition. Located on the lower floor of Merrick Park, it's easy to find in the middle and near the open park area. Like most stores in this shopping area, it's not the biggest place you'll come across, but no Madewell I've ever been to has been. If you've never shopped at a Madewell, you can expect a wide range of clothing (women's only) ranging from casual to dressy with t-shirts as low as $15 but nicer dresses and jackets for $200. For me, I could probably source my entire closet from this single store and be more than content. The staff at this particular store has always been super friendly. They can expect me back again and again.
