Abraham Hidalgo was fantastic to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me acquire the car I wanted . They took the time to listen to my situation which was a turn down for a lot of dealers meaning I am currently deployed overseas so I couldn’t be there it would’ve to be a E signatures and of course they did their due diligence on verifying and they said will make it happen which is what I was looking for and guided me through the various options that fitted my needs.His expertise made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

Carlos Pereda has been taking great care of us for several years now with our auto needs and has always been very professional and knowledgeable. We recently purchased a G63 and he was very helpful in answering all the questions we had regarding the car features. The time we spent at the dealer closing the sale was the quickest I have ever experienced. We will absolutely be back to see Carlos in the future.

Not the same Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables that I've patronized for 10+ years. New management, decrease attention to detail regarding the service department and whatever you do DO NOT USE the concierge service, pick up your vehicle, inspect it thoroughly, check everything, turn everything on. Oncee your car is delivered you will hear “it wasn't like that….” my car has been damaged twice and the only resolution was not to pay for labor cost.
Definitely not a resolution for damages i didn't incur.
radio with black areas ~ was not like this upon initial drop off, told", we can not accept responsibility for the black dots on the screen. We have seen this occur on vehicles in the past due to age and weather conditions." my car is was with them for one month ~ where was it stored?
For my seat that was not torn either ~ to assist with the repairs on the driver seat cushion. We will absorb the labor cost, you will only be responsible for the part total $1,120 plus tax.

I've been coming to Mercedes Benz Coral Gables since the purchase of my vehicle in 2014 and 2 of the service advisors I've had have been truly exceptional.
Currently i am assigned to Henry Llanosand i feel like a proud parent. I have worked with this young man from picking up and dropping of my car to now my service advisor.
Very kind, mannersble, knowledgable and willing to go far above and beyond to make your visit hassle free.
He kept me up to date on my service request, cost, additional issues and recommendations all within a reasonable time frame.
Henry is by far a great advisor!!

Just wanted to say thank you to Bryan Lara, Showroom Operations Supervisor for helping me even when I didn’t buy any vehicle from that dealer help me with my EQS SUV connect me app.
Other dealers from Miami and Fort Lauderdale make so many excuses and never try to help.
For sure, I will recommend this dealer and hopefully buy one day a vehicle.

It was our first time coming to this dealership as we normally go to Fort Lauderdale, but they were so backed up, we ended up here. Its a very busy dealership but they are smooth and efficient. Also Jassiel and Roberto went above and beyond to help my wife and I with a loaner and making sure everything lined up while our family car was being fixed.
