I leased a EQE 2023, 2 month ago. I went in for a flat tire I was surprised to hear my 2 back tiers need to be changed as they are completely burned out while my 2 front tiers are brand new. Remind you I got the car 2 month ago and I have only 3K miles on it.

Eliseo is the one who helped me purchase my dream car. He is very helpful and is a straight shooter, so you don't feel taken advantage of as sometimes you do at dealerships. He got me the best price possible, and really cares for his clients. Mercedes gave me a whole gift basket as well after I made my purchase, cups, blankets, keychains, a leather tote bag. I recommend asking for Eliseo!!!

They have the most honest and trustworthy staff. Usually deal with Rosy as my service advisor and Matias, he’s the most knowledgeable and caring service supervisor I have ever dealt with. I’m a loyal/ repeat Mercedes Benz owner because of the service I receive at CG MB service. Highly recommend to go there and ask for Rosy and Matias. They are the best

If I could give it 10 starz I would. Our sales person was Servio. He worked diligently to help me find exactly I'm looking for. he really understood how much I was willing to put down and what I could afford for my monthly payments. I felt confident. The entire visit from start to finish was less than 2 hours. Everyone there is very polite and extremely professional. Very clean and quiet atmosphere. We've purchased 1 other car from this location and never had any problems. I would highly recommend this location for all your service and sales needs. I love my ride. I'm really happy with my purchase. We will be returning very soon to upgrade our other vehicle.

Marcus Gonzalez was excellent! I had a 9am appointment. I walked in to the Coral Gables location and was out in 20 min with a Loaner.The car was repaired three days later. Very smooth and great customer service. I will definitely come back again and have Marcus take care of me.

The Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables is extremely helpful and resolves any situation you may have. They are amazing, went in with a problem my car had, but they made sure to order the part and get it fixed right away!! Definitely recommend them, if you want to receive fantastic customer service/ help in a great timely manner.

My wife and I brought both of our cars to the service department, mine for a recall and hers due to a trunk issue. After a week, I received a notification that my car was ready for pickup, but the service I received from my advisor has been consistently subpar. I tried to inquire about my car's status last Friday, but the lady who answered the phone promised to relay my message to my service advisor, who never got back to me. Today, before picking up my car, I called again, left a voicemail, and still received no callback.I had expected better from a Mercedes-Benz dealership in the Gables; however, it was disappointing. The place appeared disorganized with no clear parking instructions, and cars were scattered everywhere. Despite the appearance of valet attendants, they seemed more interested in their phones. The only helpful person I encountered was Justin. He sorted out my paperwork and informed me that my car would be ready soon. Unfortunately, I waited for over 30 minutes, eager to leave.Upon finally receiving my car, I was dismayed to find it extremely dusty inside, worse than when I had dropped it off. It's disheartening to witness the decline in service quality at this location. My family and I have purchased five vehicles from them, but after this experience, I won't be returning unless absolutely necessary.Furthermore, my wife's car has been in service for two weeks, which is perplexing considering we were told it only required programming for the trunk to close.

My 2021 S580 with 15k miles repeatedly goes into full collision prevention assist mode although there is no collision to avoid. While traveling at 30 or 70mph, the car suddenly brakes, the seatbelt tightens and the car veers in the opposite direction from which it believes the collision is going to occur. It happened to my wife on a two lanes highway and the car threw her into the lane of oncoming traffic. After more than 5 failed attempts to properly fix the car, a few at this dealership, Mercedes Benz USA has refused to buy the car back and the dealership refuses to fix the problem. They ask me to pick the car up from the dealership and drive it, putting my passengers, pedestrians and other vehicles in dangers having full knowledge that the car is not repaired. I sent them evidence from the MercedesMeConnect app showing the car thought it was in a collision while sitting at the dealership after they told me to pick it up. Absolutely disgusting. Then they charged me over $6k for the loaner and storage because there was mutual delay in communication even after I got my attorney involved, there a slight delay in returning the car. They would answer my calls, kept me on hold and didn't respond to my request or my attorney's request for an invoice for review and payment. These kinds of tactics don't go unchecked at some point. I'm absolutely sure many have had great experiences with routine service and repairs, but the mark of a great company is when you rise to serve in the most difficult of circumstances when the customer is deserving of the customer service. I just want to be treated fairly. Telling any customer their car is repaired and ready for pick-up when a) you can't articulate the problem and fix and b) the customer has presented credible evidence that the car is not fix, is not right.

Plus side to getting your vehicle serviced here, they get you rides home for free, refreshments while you wait, decent service! The downsides, I got my suede steering wheel back with scratches, and low gas in the tank without it being refilled.
