This is the worst store I have ever purchased at , purchased a package on Dec 28th, at that time the store did not accept any orders because they were closed but they did not bother to update their website that they are not taking in orders, despite of that they've charged my credit card on day one and only shipped the package 2 weeks after the initial purchase and that was only after I had to call them 3-4 times.After they've shipped the package it was in transit for almost a month , now neither USPS or my local post office know where it is and after contacting them multiple times they did basically nothing.They never call back , this is a very unprofessional shop.I am going to file a complaint in the better business bureau.An update : at least they had the decency to refund me , thanks for carmen for being very helpful throughout this unfortunate process.

At first I surprised how fast my order was delivered after paying $26 for express next day shipping. One of my items (pigment) was not in stock so it was on back order yet I was charged for it. The following day I called in to change the back order item to another item(pigment) that was in stock. I also paid for another item, pigment dilution. Both items were to be shipped out to me. It's been over a week and I haven't received anything. I called and email many times. Carmen and Elizabeth answers my calls and tell me they'll work on it and get back to me but never do. This is honestly disappointing and very bad service. I am never ordering here again and will be ordering with girlzink which is what was recommended by my Browtrainer.
