I ordered over $400 worth of bikinis I was eyeballing for months from this store. I read & understood their return policy regarding the panty liners that are in their swim suits. They sent me one bikini with no panty liner and another bikini with a worn out used panty liner. How convenient for them so that I cannot return these!!

I live out of State and had a friend purchase multiple swimsuits for me. As a breast cancer survivor, swimsuits are hard enough online but the scars make it harder. I had a lot of returns and great customer service to end up happy with all 4 suits. Staff went out of their way to make sure I ended up with what I liked and that I loved all of my purchases. Best customer service experience ever.

New to Miami and needed to replace some old Target bathing suits with a couple great quality ones. Found two very cute suits that were one size fits all (you know, to lose that Quarantine 10) and they're incredibly comfortable. Great lighting in the store/fitting rooms which probably sealed the deal for me. Be ready to spend a bit but as long as they hold up, it's worth it.

Can't say enough good things about Nic Del Mar! Widest selection of brands you won't find anywhere else and the quality is always top notch. I shop online mostly since moving to DC and their customer service is incredible. Everything ships on time and super quickly. They're also always accessible for any questions you might have. Definite 5 stars.

This place has made shopping for my girlfriend the easiest thing ever. I am literally undefeated in giving her a perfect gift thanks to the shop's owners who make me feel like I hired professional shoppers for the task. I have no idea what I'm doing when I'm there looking at everything they have, but just by telling the girls there a bit about my girlfriend they miraculously pick out exactly what she would've wanted. Thankfully for me they have a ton of options to work with my budget too for when dropping them Benjamins isn't in the cards. The proof shows when I got one of their bracelets and their brand of candle (which my gf since has dubbed the official scent of our apartment) was as successful of a gift as if I spent a ton of money somewhere. Knowing I have a place like this to consistantly have my back on buying stuff I know nothing about for someone who deserves real gifts is worth creating and giving my first review on Yelp. Thank you for making the daunting task of buying gifts for girls a total breeze.

This is a review for the experience I had online with them, as I live in Michigan, so visiting their Miami shop is a bit more difficult for me, lol! Anyways, the overall experience was very good! They took a few days to initially respond to an email I had sent, but once they got to responding, they were quick in communicating back and forth with me about a few questions I had. I ended up ordering a suit online, and it arrived two days after I had ordered, which is just fantastic!! I have ordered from plenty of high-end online swimwear shops (ishine365, luxecartel, cacique boutique, etc) and most of them advertise shipping out the same day as you purchase, as long as it is before a certain time. Well, I find that some of these places will print out the shipping notice and give you the tracking number, but they don't actually send it out until a day or two later, so I feel like their advertising is a bit of a fib! Anyways, great experience with Nic Del Mar. I hope to one day visit their shop in person!

QUICK NOTE FOR THE MEN: Nic del Mar is primarily a women's swimwear boutique; however, they do also have a great little men's section! Ladies, read on... Despite the fact that I had no luck in finding a swimsuit here the other day due to my own difficult fit (although I did come very close!), I had such a positive experience that I just had to share it with my fellow Yelpers. Upon walking in, I immediately felt comfortable -- the polished dark wood floors and laid-back music immediately put me at ease. The merchandise was styled, easily accessible, and well-organized. Right off the bat, I saw several cute suits from the likes of Mara Hoffman that I couldn't wait to try on! Lyanne, one-half of the two-sister duo which owns Nic del Mar, was very welcoming. She listened to what I was shopping for, and pulled nearly a dozen bikinis for me to try (as well as getting me out of my comfort zone and encouraging me to try a super cute Shoshanna one piece). She was so sweet that I felt more like I was shopping with a knowledgeable girlfriend than alone in a high-end swimwear boutique -- she definitely knew her product and her market, and she was never pushy. I also give high points for their dressing rooms: First, they gave proper lighting that is bright enough to see well and give you an accurate picture, but not so bright that it's painful to shop for bikinis (I'm looking at you, Nordstrom). Second, the mirror is unobstructed and large enough to see your entire reflection, as well as hung at the appropriate angle -- not a skinny mirror, just normal and not horrifically unflattering (ahem, Nordstrom). Let's be honest, no woman really wants to see her every flaw magnified and enlarged in fluorescent lighting... As I said, this time around I didn't have any luck finding a suit there -- larger tops can be extremely difficult in cute suits. As also previously stated though, I did come VERY close, so busty gals need not stay away! Especially since they also have a great selection of cute cover-ups and other cotton-y goods. Side note: Yelpers who check in at Nic del Mar will be treated to a pleasant surprise ;) Lyanne also told me about some of the lines that she has coming in for spring and summer that might be a better fit for me, and encouraged me to leave my contact information in their guest book so that she could let me know when they got new merchandise to better suit my needs. There's also have an excellent online store if you don't feel like making the trip. All in all, I would definitely recommend Nic del Mar to anyone looking for a great swimsuit!

I recently went in for a Vix bikini and was really happy leaving with a few other goodies!! Love the girls working, and best of all, the merchandise! Well priced and different than what other stores carry.
