Jason should get 10 stars. He listened to the problem we were having and immediately looked for solutions. He asked me to do different things on the tv and made what I had to do very understandable. By testing various options he identified the problem and was able to fix it. We couldn’t be happier.

We had an audio problem with one of our two boxes. Jason quickly diagnosed the problem. He had us switch the input from the box from the HDMI 2 jack to the HDMI 1 jack.

I had an ongoing problem adding OpticalTel as my ESPN provider so I could access ESPN+ on the ESPN app. Loudyne S. Was able to successfully assist me in this endeavor when other attempts were previously unsuccessful. She is a great asset to OpticalTel.

My conversation with OpticalTel Support Department representative Talib on August 11, 2024 provided a refreshing contrast from the typical support experience. I was able to understand every word he spoke, a minor miracle involving phone contact with businesses these days. Talib was professional and polite, providing all necessary details while answering my questions. In addition, he immediately called me back when we were cut off near the end of our initial conversation.

my tv would not work i tried to fix it for weeks finley called OPTICALTEL THEY SENT MIGUEL PEREZ , MY LUCKY DAY HE IS VERY NICE LOVES HIS JOB AND EXPLANES . HE IS GREAT .
