Like one or two cashiers are okay but most do not have skills to work in a customer setting. Sort of come off as shady and put people on edge in their behavior… actually had one of the females that work here try to skip me in the line lol

I have been taking my dog to the grooming salon for years but the service is just getting WORSE and WORSE. My appointment was with Annabella, the previous appointment she said it would be 4 hours but my poor dog was caged for 6 HOURS without a potty brake or food, so the next appointment I paid their “express” services and my dog was poorly bathed, smelly and full of Matts, so she didn’t even brushed my dog. Annabelle was extremely RUDE and asked me to leave in a very unprofessional way because she could just have one dog in the salon. She had 2 dogs at the register, what she was talking about? I waited outside and then she let someone else who wasn’t waiting in.

I give them 1 star because I was absolutely devastated to see all these poor goldfish dying, gasping for air, and some of them already dead at the bottom of the tank!! Just because they are 60cent fish Doesn’t mean they don’t deserve a decent life!! There’s no excuse for no one to care to remove the dead fish, vacuum the bottom and do a water change on that filthy tank. They are live beings too. I hope they take action because this is borderline animal cruelty!!

I didn’t have a great experience with the grooming department, I had an appointment and it was canceled because the groomers that was going to services my dog was not going to show up, like normal human beings I understand and I give them a second chance and I set up another appointment, unfortunately do to severe weather conditions I made to the store 25 minutes late, They did not give me the same grace as I did to them and they didn’t take my dog. I do not see myself bringing my pet here.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!
I went to buy a litter box for my 2 cats, I grabbed the first one I saw and when I got home and opened it, it was already used, covered in cat poop and broken. When I went back to show the manager the pictures, she told me that I had to bring it back to return it. I threw it away because it had cat poop on it and she wanted me to return it??
I came back with the box and broken product and she kept accusing me of taking it home and replacing the new product with an old one (I bought a self cleaning litter box because I had a normal one and wanted to upgrade) and then she kept refusing the refund and insisting I just exchange but I didn’t want anymore business with them after the attitude and accusations. She finally gave me the refund after so many times of saying that I literally bought this from their shelves. I told her to check the security cameras for proof and she refused to do so.
I don’t know what her name was, but she’s a Hispanic lady with black hair and a thick accent. PetSmart really need to reevaluate the kind of people they hire.

Extremely happy with the grooming services! We’ve had our golden retriever groomed multiple times at this location and I’ve always been happy. They do a great job and he seems happy after. Carl is fantastic but we love every groomer at this location!
