Went in to get another card since I lost mine and they said they haven’t had replacement cards there at this location for a while and don’t know when they will get more. So the only option I have is to to report my card lost online and wait 7-10 business days for another card while this whole time I won’t be able to use tap to pay or anything so where is the convenience for this bank??? What is the point in even having this location??? I will be looking to change to another bank where they have replacement cards on hand for their customers. Especially customers who been banking 10+ years. Don’t waste your time banking with PNC.Update 9/27/2023I needed to withdraw a large amount so I needed a teller. When i walked in, there was no one present to me at the front. After 3 minutes of just standing there I took a stroll around the place and a man finally came out to assist. He directed me to a screen that has a teller that works from home. I lost my debit card so all I had was my driver license and my account number and routing number. They stated that this is a CASHLESS branch and that is why they don’t have tellers and I would need 2 FORMS OF ID. I’ve had PNC for over 10 years and NEVER was asked 2 forms of ID. I recently went to the PNC bank in Hollywood and got service with just my driver license and the Fort Lauderdale location but for some reason this location can’t make me a replacement debit card and they WONT ALLOW ME TO WITHDRAW MONEY OUT MY OWN ACCOUNT WITH MY DRIVER LICENSE. And the worse part is, there is no other PNC around within 5 miles all of them far away. This PNC branch is USELESS!

There’s 1 guy in front desk that’s on the phone…. There’s NO CASHIER, ONLY ATM!! If you need anything…. VIRTUAL ONLYWhat a waste of time

Get there before 30 minutes before closing. Apparently their “systems are down” if you need assistance after that.

I opened a personal account with them recently. From my experience, I can say that staff is really helpful. Once, their ATM in the bank chewed my debit card, and the staff helped me to get some cash and instantly helped with the card replacement.

I have been going to this branch since they opened. I have almost everything there from personal to business accounts, checking, savings, credit card, and Lines of Credit. I can't recommend this branch enough. I know it can take a little getting used to with the ATM/Teller machines, but if you have issues, the staff is extremely helpful, from the branch manager on down. Everyone seems to always be smiling there!
