Rude employees that just assume everyone is stealing. They have LP walking around with empty plate carriers and body cams, thinking they're law enforcement on a power trip. Barely have any cashiers and the store looks like a ghetto thrift shop

Don't open on time it's 8:20 and it still close on Saturday and they are supposedto be open at 8:00 am

I absolutely love ROSS; they could have my whole check because whenever I go in here, I can always find something... and for all sizes. A ROSS will be opening in my neighborhood, and I can't wait!!

To who it May concern
Just got out of Ross the line was very long three ladies but in line dressed as nurses while the other one , dressed as a nurse but in yellow will tell the other three ladies to come in line they even moved a rack out of the line so they can come in when and talk to the manager manager Wendy said she cannot do anything about it, that it was not up to her who puts in line or not I think Wendy is very unprofessional and she doesn't have any manners talk to the security he cannot do anything about it either so to whom want to know when you go to Ross in Coral gables you do not have to make a line you butt in plain and simple Wendy the manager cannot do anything about it or that security very unprofessional staff don't even know how to speak English, and very unprofessional supervisors because they don't do anything about it.

This Ross is huge! It's like 2 Rosses put into 1. Great selection of clothing. The clothes here was definitely different than the clothes I tend to see at the Ross back home. The fitting room staff could be friendlier. They lack basic communication/customer servies abilitss but overall I had a good experience.
