I’ve been a long-time client of a member of the shared space at this beauty salon and have always appreciated the environment—until recently. The front desk receptionist has become a major source of frustration. Her behavior is consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Rather than offering a warm welcome or helpful assistance, she seems more focused on policing the space in an aggressive and confrontational manner.
What’s worse, she has taken it upon herself to make baseless accusations toward shared space members. This kind of behavior not only creates an uncomfortable and hostile atmosphere but also undermines the trust and professionalism that clients expect from a salon of this caliber.
Management seriously needs to reassess who they’re putting at the front lines of customer service. A receptionist sets the tone for the entire experience—and right now, it’s not a good one!

I can't say enough about the incredible experience my husband & I had at MWC! From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were entering a true sanctuary. Another incredible facial with my favorite esthetician, Maro, she’s truly amazing. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but her energy is so calming and genuine. I always look forward to our monthly appointments, and this time was no exception. In fact, I was so relaxed during the post-extractions massage that I fell asleep four times—yes, four! I even snored and woke myself up each time. That’s how good it was. Always a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend!

Maro is the best hands down! When I say it’s been a long time since I’ve cleaned my face professionally I was not prepared to see how awesome my skin looked afterwards! Extractions are no joke but Maro takes extreme care in making sure you’re comfortable throughout the process. She even recommended a scrub for me to use to help with my pours stay unclogged. I will definitely be back to keep up with my skincare routine.
JC Salons: Great location, nice and clean environment as well! The boutique/station I was in had adequate space and didn’t feel overcrowded. Easy walk from the surrounding stores and hotel if you’re in the area.
