Stylist: Maggie is a magician with scissors; literally gifted. However, the prices online are outdated. I went in with an expectation as to what my cut would cost, and the price was almost double (expected $90, but charged over $150). The parking is not easy, either. Try to arrive a little earlier to circle around until you find metered street parking or pay more to park in a building. To a degree, I am glad I did not know how expensive it was to cut my hair there because had I known, I would have gone to Avante Garde instead - but Maggie did a really great, easily as good as AG.

I went to have blonde highlights done at the roots, since the rest of my hair is blonde, when I got home I realized that my hair was stained orange and I called to have the problem solved, returning the next day, where I have never She recognized that my hair was bad, she only told me that she would not be able to treat me again because she does not do the procedures that I am used to in my country to achieve the blonde that I had, I do not understand if she knew that why she treated me that day previous, I never heard a "I'm sorry I'll fix it for you, I'm sorry everything will be fine, NOTHING, in fact I think she was indignant that she had to fix what she DID wrong, she "fixed" my hair telling me that to get to the color I had I had to use another product that was an extra that she would not charge me for this occasion, now I left my hair platinum gray with orange hairs, she is NOT a blonde colorist, and apparently she is not interested in the new clientele, since she saw that I left disappointed and sad and he cared less than anything, I just thanked him and left, I WILL NOT COME BACK AGAIN, and I emphasize that I never spoke in a bad way to him nor did I lose my calm enough to receive the treatment he gave me.

Doesn't honor prices told on phone. They said an up charge of 5-7 dollars for thicker curly hair but they tried charging me 15 dollars more once I got there. This is not how you do business with clients. To me it's not just the money but the decency of customer service this place lacked. Rather than sticking to what they said and saying next time it will be 15 dollars more they left me upset and lost a customer that would have been a consistent one too.

Maggie is a horrible hairdresser. Do not go to her. I left with wet hair because she tended to another person on my appointment. I will never forget how bad she treated me.Service: Blowouts

A woman that I know gets her hair blown dry by Rachel and always looks fabulous. I went in to have a blowout by Rachel and she suggested I get some layers so that my hair holds the movement better. I allowed her to work her magic and it ended up being the best haircut I’ve ever had. I didn’t sacrifice any length but really got in there with it looking polished and holding the blow dry beautifully. Thank you Rachel!!!

If you want to pamper your hair, this the place to go! Everyone is attentive and professional, rachel does my hair amazingly and understands the needs of my fine curly hair

My hair dresser is Maggie, the owner. She is professional and loves what she does. Her salon is a cut above the rest. If you are searching for a forever hair dresser she is it. My hair is amazing see the picture I posted. The salon takes extra COVID precautions. Parking can be a pinch, just make sure you keep an eye on the meter.
