I had a great experience at Sherwin Williams on Bird Road. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, and they helped me find the perfect paint for my project. The store was also clean and well-organized, and I was able to get in and out quickly. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for paint or other home improvement supplies.

I wanted to share my experience at this store 8801 Bird Rd, Coral Gables, FL 33146 , because this is the third time I go there and I get someone rude.I went there to get paint and the guy that was in customer service his name is Martin, was talking to me asking me what do you want, while I was trying to decide which paint to choose. he was in a rush and any question I had he was just rushing to get me out of the way. I asked him something about a paint that's for mold and he said he didn't know and maybe I could ask Mario, another gentleman that was in the back of the store. I have met Mario before and he's not pleasant either. no customer service manner at all.I finally asked Martin, are you ok? and he looked at me like I have 4 eyes, all surprised, he said what? yes why? I said because you seem to be rushing me and you are being rude to me by the way you are talking to me. I said I can wait for Mario to take care of me if you are having a problem. he said he was not being rude, I said yes you are. he apologize but he was not pleasant at all and didn't seem to want to be there. no customer service manner whatsoever.the company that I work have been buying paint there for many years and always have been with Jorge who's nice and friendly, But I was told Jorge is on vacation. they need to have better customer service or hire people that actually want to work. thanks

I have had 2 horrible experiences at this store. The guys are rude and not helpful but it seems their issues arise with women clients. First I waited until Edwin (Store clerk)was done with a client then he turns around and leaves to the back room. When I asked if he could help he says “I told you 6 months ago that we don’t have samples”. I feel he was extremely rude and not helpful . They seem to want to cater to contractors and not to individuals that are their actual clients. I decided to switch to Benjamin Moore on Coral Way. They were awesome. Never will go back to the sherwin Williams on Bird.

Simple: called store so you have this particular brush? Yes we do. You do ? Good I’ll head over. Get there no they don’t. To be clear they don’t carry that brand and actually don’t even have a similar brush their closest isn’t even polyester bristles.

Bad service in general, the people who serve you are poorly educated and are not trained to serve the public. I brought a sample so they could help me with the most similar color and at all times their response was that I should only look for the color when from my own experience in other stores they put the sample in a machine and prepare the most similar color possible. Here in this store they had no desire to provide services.
