Be careful with your accounts. I closed a personal account and they kept charging me for months after and taking the money from a credit line they created and did not notice until both accounts were over drafted. An account I had previously closed and a personal line of credit they attached to the closed account.

If I can give a zero I would. I continue to hate Suntrust Banking ethics, I guess BB&T is just the same! Went in for something simple and they basically sent me away to get helped by mailing my situation. They need a change of management asap! Manager was supposed to do the process, and he passed me down to Sandra Borges who was kind, but ignored all my contacts once I left the building! ?? We take Time off of our busy life’s to make the process smoother by going to your Bank ? not to send us towards what’s the point of us giving you work for! There’s really no excuse for them to had sent me away if the 1800 number is sending back to them and letting me know that all they have to do is call them to get approval while I’m there! That simple! and if they dare complain about timeframe, they made me wait forever to get attended, just to be excused from them to send me away without resolving nothing! With 100's of thousands of dollars in my CHECKING ACCOUNT, I was denied use of my checking account card and was forced to sleep in my car. No one at Truist helped, and I spent 7 days trying to get help. Next, my online access is blocked, and i can not see balances. Next, my transfers , which have been set up for years, were denied to my investment accounts. I have now missed an opportunity of the markets, as I am on day 8 of trying to get access to my money! The last phone call- I have the wrong account type according to agent, I can only spend $3,000 per day, no one mentioned this in a week. I was also advised that i must now personally appear in a suntrust or truist branch with photo ID, to gain access to my account funds. I am currently on vacation in Nevada, hundreds of miles from a branch. I am a financial advisor with TUSK , and will be closing ,my accounts as fast as I am able, this is a terrible bank, with unknowledgeable representatives, that have separated me from my money, for over a week. at least 15 hours on phone to find out bank is making me fly to a branch. I am going to seek legal remedy next, but thought that protecting the public from this bank was more important.

Horrible service system down they wanted me to go to another location. I take public transportation. When the lady open the door she never told me that the systems where down. Bad service- ask ppl to leave the personal info with the deposit money. What a service

I had outstanding service one day by Sandra, and a different day I had somewhat less of stellar by another associate. I would say the staff here really tries to do their best and on occasion once should always remember that they are people and they try. As far as I am concerned this is a good branch and I will continue banking here.

Don't try to deposit money into this ATM. It stole $60 from me and time spent trying to recover the money. I have filed a claimed with the bank.

This branch is horrible, I work across the street and they always have only 1 teller, you wait even if there's only 2 people at the bank.. For a branch on Alhambra Circle, they should be ashamed. Horrible care for customers

The service in this bank is the worst. Never a teller when you need one. The ATM outside is never working ....... Been in line 20min . Definitely closing my account after this last episode.
