Like waiting 30 minutes to be seen? This is definitely the bank for you.So wildly inefficient. Their customer service is just as bad as the wait time, too. Horrible experience.

Not convenient at all. Worst baking experience ever at this bank. I felt i was being discriminated, denied my request to open an account and no reason was giving. Also don’t know what good about this bank, have all types of restriction for their service. DON’T go to this bank.

I've been a customer for a few years already as a small business owner and ALL the staff is helpful, professional, and top notch. At the Alhambra branch, they go out of their way to assist you while answering your concerns in order to direct you to the department that suits your needs. Glenda, the manager, has a great personality as do her staff. There's very a low turnover rate, so you are always dealing with the same bank officers. It allows you to develop a business relationship in a friendly atmosphere where they're always eager to serve you (within their scope, of course).

I have an retirement investment account with this branch. My previous financial advisor provided exceptional financial services and I was pleased that I'd moved to TS Ameritrade. Unfortunately my financial advisor was changed to Jeffrey Styer. I've left voice mail messages at his voicemail two days in a row and have yet to received a returned call. I am rethinking my decision to keep my retirement accounts with them because of their nonexistent customer service.

Worlds “most convenient bank” is turning out to be the worlds most INCONVENIENT bank. First of all you cannot do a wire transfer online. Whoever heard of that- everything can be done online in today’s day and age . Hence, TD Bank Makes this excruciatingly inconvenient for the customer. Especially during Covid the last thing I need to do is get in my car, drive unnecessarily and go stand in line at a public place. Very inconsiderate on part of TD bank. I have been standing at the Coral Gables FL Alhambra branch for 15 minutes they’re only two reps here to speak with. The two reps have been with the same two customers since I walked in. These reps take forever to do anything. Do not recommend.
