Utterly heartbroken. Future bride here, I was beyond excited to get married at this venue until some unforeseen health issues arose forcing us to cancel our wedding. Broken hearted by this I contacted the venue just less than a year in advance to let them know we can no longer have a wedding. I’m fully aware of what a deposit stands for however not one ounce of compassion was given on their behalf. It’s hard to believe that somewhere celebrating love can be so greedy. Not only was our wedding contract date wrong but they blew off our request for any reimbursement of the deposit. I know our wedding date has already been taken for another wedding so at this point they are keeping our 5k purely out of greed which at this time we could use. I’m so sad with how everything was handled.

I’m at a loss for words about this place—it feels like a complete scam driven solely by greed. Reserved a date for November 2025, but due to an unavoidable helth illness, had to cancel. After multiple attempts to reach the venue, I finally spoke with someone named Michelle. She showed no empathy and informed me that we couldn’t get our $5,000 deposit refunded despite giving them almost a FULL years notice!
Zero work has been done and not planning or preparation by these thieves; we’d simply secured the date with our payment. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of compassion and greed.
It honestly feels like they’re just taking peoples money. Utterly deplorable and outright greed from The City On Knights towards a young couple facing health problems.

So I don’t even know where to begin, firstly this place is a scam and only cares about Money !
My daughter and her fiancé booked a date for the 14th November 2025 , due to unfortunate illness which couldn’t be avoided they had to cancel that date .
After contacting the venue several times I finally spoke to someone called Michelle, she was pleasant but None compassionate and told me that I couldn’t get our $5,000 deposit back , At this point we gave them 11 Months notice 11 months !!
They haven’t done a thing no planning nothing we just secured the date for $5,000. Please have some compassion…. At this point you are stealing the money.
I’m getting a lawyer involved .
I would give this place minus a thousand if I could robbing bastards .

Club of Knights was an exceptional choice for our wedding, and we are so glad we chose it! A friend recommended it after attending a wedding there, so we decided to check it out. From the moment we scheduled our tour, everything felt welcoming and organized. Audrey greeted us warmly, walked us through the venue, and thoroughly explained all the available packages. Right away, we could tell the team at Club of Knights was flexible and eager to help bring our wedding vision to life.
We wanted our wedding to be a lively celebration, focused on dancing and fun rather than a formal sit-down dinner. The team was accommodating and worked with us to make this happen. While there was a slight hiccup with miscommunication about the food stations just two days before the wedding, Danielle quickly stepped in to to help resolve the issue. She was incredibly understanding, and we were able to sort everything out the same day, which was a huge relief.
Another minor issue arose with the bar service. We had purchased additional bottles of prosecco to ensure there was enough for the entire evening, and we added a bar inside the ballroom for convenience. At times, the bartenders inside mentioned they were out of beer or prosecco. However, guests were still able to find everything they needed at the outdoor bar, so it turned out to be a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things.
Despite these small bumps, our wedding was nothing short of amazing! The food was a highlight, with many guests raving about the delicious meat carving station. The venue itself is beautiful, and the atmosphere was perfect for the vibrant celebration we envisioned.
In the end, we had the best night of our lives, and everything came together beautifully. We would absolutely recommend Club of Knights to any couple looking for a stunning and accommodating venue for their special day.

We had the most incredible wedding experience at The Club of Knights. From the moment we booked, their team was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our day perfect. The food was exceptional, and every detail was executed flawlessly. Our guests are still raving about it! Thank you to the entire staff for guiding us through the process and ensuring we had the best night of our lives. We couldn't have asked for a better venue!

The Club of Knights brought my wedding to life! From the very beginning, throughout planning, and everything in between, they were there to make my day everything I dreamed of and more. So much is included in their packages, and their in-house chef and staff were so great. After my wedding I had family and friends tell me if was some of the best food they’ve had at a wedding. Definitely check it out
