My vehicle was brought in to service a distance sensor alert. Was kept in the shop for 6 days. During that time The Collection did not provide a vehicle loaner. I picked up the vehicle after 6 days of being worked on and the ISSUE WAS NOT RESOLVED. I can’t imagine an Audi dealer not being able to properly diagnose a sensor and not fix an SQ5 2024 NEW.

Four words. Blair Sterling and Andre Chin. Walked in for service on my wife’s car with Andre who recommended Blair. Treated like family deal done in 45min bought my daughter her first new car. Not a particularly luxurious experience at any point (sales, service, etc.). No way this place has the rating Google is giving it. Check Yelp and compare.
Good luck getting a loaner (enjoy your complimentary Uber everytime you need service). And remember to specify that you would like air and wiper fluid after maintenance or they wont do it. ✌️
