The Collection Porche is absolutely amazing. My salesman Brandon Dahlman is the best. He made the whole process great and he was so patient with me even after I changed my mind several times!! I am in love with my new car and the whole experience I received!! I highly recommend this dealer and my salesman Brandon to everyone!!!!

I ordered my 2023 Porsche Macan with the the assistance and the outstanding customer service provided by Mr. Brandon Dahlman. He made all the process a smooth and easy one, answering all my questions and guiding me from start to finish. Mr. Dahlman in top of the line. I am a very satisfied customer who will be returning to The Collection and Brandon for my future car purchases.

I had a very positive experience at THE COLLECTION. The only disappointment was that they could not give me a loaner car. My service advisor was wonderful. He got the car fixed quickly and I was out the door within two hours.

On 08/03 I took my Audi A3 to The Collection because my engine light was on and I was having some transmission issues (mechatronic issue) I picked my car up on 08/22 finally got my car back with no problem and the very next day 08/23 the engine light turns on again! I called my service advisor about the problem and he completely ignored me, didn’t take the necessary action to check out what was going on with my car. I was told that any problem that the car has isn’t a related problem. Thankfully, my dad is very good with cars! He took his time to look at the diagnosis codes and realized that the problem we are having now is not the same problem when we took the car to The Collection! My dad ended up finding the problem which was that the secondary air injection hose was not connected! Something that was right next to the problem they had just fixed. I am very disappointed how The Collection handled this problem and didn’t even care about me or my car even though, they were the ones who forgot to connect the hose!! With no problem my dad connected the hose and have no problems since, on top of that how they had my car for 2 weeks they didn’t even offer a loaner for the meantime while I’m a college student or give my car a complementary wash (at least) do better Collection.

Couldn’t be happier with the experience here. The facility is spotless, everyone is so warm and hospitable, the cafe is such a nice touch. If you have to buy a car, they understand what an enjoyable experience it should be. Eric F. at Audi is amazing to work with.

My car lease was up and I was a bit lost as to what car to get, where to go etc... I went to the collection and was wandering around until I saw a woman at the corner desk. I went to ask her if she might be able to answer some questions re my lease end.... and that is when everything became incredible. My experience was just above and beyond thanks to Sarah. She went out of her way to explain everything and really broke down the numbers in detail. There were no games, no gimmicks, just straight facts and she did her best to accommodate me in every way possible. I left the same day, just after a couple hours, in a beautiful brand new Audi. She made the transaction totally seamless, easy, and just plain enjoyable. Sarah Fleming is truly a gem of a human and I would highly recommend her to anyone! Thank you Sarah for truly the best car experience I've ever had.

As always I’ve had a great experience here. Marllon from service department WOW he went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and on point. He even was able to vacuum and clean the outside of my car which was unexpected but it’s a plus for me. Great service no complaints at all. This is my second time getting my Audi service here and it’s really excellent service. Keep up the great customer service don’t loose that fire you guys.Thanks

Two other Alfa Romeo dealerships wouldn't give me an appointment. One said no appointments if you didn't purchase the vehicle here and the other the earliest appointment was over 1 month away. The Collection had a next day appointment available. Service was impeccable with followup calls and status updates. Best service. They earned my business.

I just went to dealer with an emergency in my car and with a flat tire. I explained to service advisor Miqueas Melendez that I am a physician and I needed to go back to work and I couldn't with a flat tire . they refuse to fix it in a timely matter or to give me a loaner for the day. This dealer have the worst service . they do not care of clients needs. I have always been a satisfied BMW client and I always got great service. I will not recommend anyone to buy anything at the Collection in Coral Gables

I was shopping around for a Panamera and had a couple of options from different places. The one at The Collection caught my eye and being more than 200 miles away, I couldn’t stop by to see it so I called and spoke to Carlos. Without knowing my interest level or even willingness to purchase, Carlos gave me the same time and attention a salesman would give an actual buying client. That is literally when I made the decision of doing business with The Collection. He was very informative, and patient with the million questions I had which made the process super smooth and fast. Long story short, I flew down to Miami and drove my dream car back home and Carlos checked in with me a couple of times since! Thank you so much Carlos, you’re the best. ?

The Collection, as with literally every car dealership in Miami are a conglomeration of Rico Suave sheisters that try pulling fast ones on unsuspecting customers. Made an appointment to look at an Aston Martin. Confirmed car was in stock. Got confirmation. Drove 4 hours to see the car and the car wasn't there. Pancho Villa tried to convince me to look at another more expensive vehicle. I stated I wasn't interested. He then mentioned to me the more expensive car was a chick magnet. How smarmy can you get, lousy Beaner?

Absolutely horrendous experience. Rarely leave a yelp review but felt the need to make others aware of what they are subjected to by purchasing from here. Sales department is nice enough in theory but Bought a 2019 Aston Martin DB11 and the car has had nothing but issues since. In and out of the service department with charges that you can not dispute and underlying issues never fixed, in fact items broke on the car while in for repair that you are then charged for. Representatives get absolute vicious when you inquire about these issues. You've been warned, purchase from an actual dealership, not this chop shop.

Buyer beware! Sleazy BAIT & SWITCH! I've never had such a horrible experience buying anything before, much less a luxury vehicle. Facility is very nice, but that's where the compliments end.I went in to buy a new Audi S5. After spending nearly an hour negotiating the deal, my sales lady said "I think I can get this approved, I just have to check with my manager first. If I do, would you like to move forward with it?" to which I replied "Yes, if the test drive feels good (since the vehicle has a different steering system than my current S5) I'd like to move forward with it".After having me wait there for another 10 minutes, she returned with her "sales manager", who's name I wasn't given (he's the only African American guy on the Audi side; resembles a cross between Ludacris and Rupaul). He informed me that they "normally don't discount S5's from MSRP" but that they are willing to do the deal. He had all the numbers printed out on a sheet of paper which he had me look over to make sure everything looked right. I looked it over and said "great, if the test drive goes well, I'll take the deal!"They brought up the car for the test drive, I hopped in the driver's seat, and Ludacris hopped in the passenger's seat next to me. He then turns to me and says "hey, full disclosure, they're not going to do this deal". I said to him "what are you talking about, YOU approved this deal!" (which was why my sales lady brought him over in the first place). He says "well yea, but there are managers above me that have to approve this too, I'm basically the middle person". I don't think I need to explain how absurd this comment was. Clearly he thought this deal was too easy to close and he could attempt to now sell me for more. I said to him "so all the numbers we talked about for the past hour were imaginary, and you were just wasting my time?". He replied "you know how it is with car dealers, they change stuff all the time, that's how it goes. Nothing is set until the deal is signed"Awful experience. Save your time, unless you're into talking imaginary numbers with spineless weasels.
