I lived here with my two young children for almost 6 years. We had a great experience. Great location, spacious apartments and an excellent management team. Andrea and Kaaman from the management office were always helpful, attentive, professional and timely! We got to know the maintenance folks as well, Roberto and Fernando, who we grew to know like family. If I had any issues, they were quick to help and always with a smile.

Leasing mis-recorded my scheduled walk through. They did not provide information about parking or entering the building upon arrival. The pool has 3 chairs available basically stating they don't want people at the pool. Tenant Packages were sloppily left on the side of the building entrance where the general public mall customers can easily grab.

Jonathan from fifth Avenue concierge really makes me feel like family here. The leasing team soes a great job answering my questions right away. Very clean environment. Very happy with the building.

I lived at the Residences at Merrick Park for 2 1/2 years. I highly recommend this property and only have wonderful comments to share. The units and amenities are well maintained. The management team is exceptional and the location is amazing. Any issues are addressed immediately. The community events are fun and enjoyed by all the residents who participate. The residents are also kind and caring. I really felt like I was living in the best location and community. Kudos to ZRS management !

WOW. I stumbled into these residences from Google and as I spend much time in Merrick Park anyways- these units are so private that I didn't even know that they were here and I LOVE that. Kaaman was so helpful during my move & made every part absolutely seamless. Even the one day he was out of the office he made efforts to put me into contact with Andrea who was so friendly and helpful as well. Kaaman sealed the deal for me!I enjoy my spacious, bright and well maintained unit!I am not moving any time soon and already renewed my lease for next year in my head!

I've been here for over 3 years with my two children. Highly recommend! The layouts are great, very quiet, and amazing location. The management team is top notch. If anything needs to be fixed they do it ASAP and respond to any issues I have right away. We love it here and only have good things to say about our experience at MP.

Staff especially Claudio Molina and Andrea Landin were excellent, along with the young man at the desk. Helpful, thoughtful and polite. They made living at the Residences easy and always friendly. Apartment was in good shape and generally well-maintained. The clothes washer and stove, however, were not up to the general quality of the building. The only real problem was the regular increase in the rents which make the apartments become too expensive over time. This issue was exacerbated by a major increase in the rent of over $1000 a month in 2022, an increase of over 30%, which caused us to reluctantly move out as soon as we could.

We are so thrilled that we moved to The Residences at Merrick Park! We looked for our new home for about 6 months, exploring all the major buildings in the Coral Gables area. We have been here for two months and I can honestly say that we are so happy we picked this building everyday!Claudio, Andrea, Kaaman and the entire Merrick family are super attentive and helpful, and the building amenities are phenomenal. The apartment is super spacious, well maintained, and quiet. We could have not asked for a better home and look forward to living here for many years to come. Thanks!

Great location, terrible management, most expensive water bill ever every month, when we moved out, after we repaired all the walls, they said they had to repair the walls and showed us pictures of the walls only needing paint stating they had to repair the walls, all this to keep the deposit, management is no help, would not recommend, very expensive

I lived at the Residences of Merrick Park for over 2 years. This is the best building I have ever lived in hands down. The apartments are well maintained and spacious with the most perfect location. Kaaman, Andrea and Claudio truly made me feel at home and were always extremely attentive if I ever had an issue or question. Their professionalism is unparalleled and I really enjoyed my experience from beginning to end. Maintenance was also very prompt and completed any requests with great precision. The amenities are fabulous, I thoroughly enjoyed the pool area as well as the club room. If I wasn’t moving from Coral Gables I would have stayed in this building for as long as possible. If you are looking for an impeccable location, the kindest management team, and spacious apartments this is the place for you!

We lived at Merrick Park for more than 2yrs and were very happy with the community. The building is well maintained and well managed. Claudio and Andrea were very professional and attentive. Highly recommended to anybody looking to move to the area.

We recently had our air conditioning go out. Maintenance came (after hours) and diagnosed that we needed a new HVAC unit inside and out. I'm thinking we're going to be without air for a few days--it was the 4th of July weekend. NOPE. Andrea from the Residences office calls me first thing the next morning--the HVAC company is there with the new unit. Fixed in a couple of hours by a team of three. Outstanding!!!
