Went to the Store to exchange my Online purchase and I did not have my receipt. I was told they could not hook up with the internet online channel as their systems are not online??? Went online back at home and no issues - Return Done... Won't be going to the local store in Coral Gables...

Best location and especially their service as soon you enter thru their door you are well welcomed and I always shop there at the coral gables at merit park shopping center I highly recommend them best staff and they specially ask and help to pick the exact clothing

I love coming to shop at this store. Everytime I come in I always look for Marjorie, her friendliness and attention to detail always make my trip amazing. I am a constant customer and will always continue to visit this location.

After being recommended to come here from Dadeland mall due to that location being closed, I find this one is closed as well. No notice whatsoever on google maps or the store website or the malls website. I drove to three locations in total and all Tommy Bahama stores are either permanently closed, under construction, or are being remodeled.Total waste of time. Zero professionalism in letting their customers know ahead of time.

I love the store. I love visiting Merrick Park. Great customer service. A young lady helped me. I think her name was Rihanna. She was very helpful. I love their clothes.

The Tommy Bahama store at Merrick Park is the absolute best..!!! Everything is organized, nice and neat, almost felt like I was shopping in NYC on 5th Avenue. The salesperson that assisted me, Marjorie, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and patient, a true professional.

I had an amazing experience for my first time shopping at Tommy Bahama. I wanted to find a beautiful long dress that fit nice and i had a young woman by the name of Gabriella help me out and all I can say she was extremely helpful and sweet. She understood exactly what i was looking for an gave me a lot of options and i ended up choosing the perfect fit. I will definitely be coming back.

The store staff was extremely friendly and helpful without being overbearing. In particular, Jean Phillip really put forward effort to make sure I left with everything I wanted. I will be returning here in the future.
