This location is bs the pharmacy won't give me my prescription bc I have a discount code that takes too much time to apply bc they are going on lunch break at 1:30 and I came at 1:20 therefore it's too much work for them. And if I come in 7:30 to pick up they are already closed bc it's too close to 8:00 when the actually close. Close it down.

It is a travesty that some genius decided to have only one line at the CVS pharmacy(Coral way and 27th avenue) . This can't possibly not go well. NOT!!! I waited in a line for 25 + minutes with a mask with Covid-like symptoms only to be told that one of the 3 medicines I needed, they did not have. If there was a line just for Drop off, I would have been told IMMEDIATELY. Instead, I had to go to another CVS and made to wait another 18 minutes. On the 2nd CVS (8th street and 12th avenue) the associates stopped 3 times to check her phone and twice to discuss what the other associate had encountered on her computer. People that go the pharmacy are either SICK or going to pick up something for someone that is SICK. Wake up CVS. 2 lines please SICK LIVES MATTER. LOL! nuff said.

I have been many times to this store, I think it's great and very complete with friendly staff, but the PHARMACY IS THE WORST. The pharmacy staff is completely clueless and has the worst attitude. I took my prescription to be filled and told me that the claim was rejected. They had me call a number on the rejection page and after 45 mins of sitting there waiting for someone to answer, the lady told me that they can only speak to pharmacists, not to patients. I passed my phone to the lady in the pharmacy and she said that she couldn't talk to them right now and hung up the phone. The manager there did nothing about it. After I left I called my insurance and they told me that the medication was covered. I took my prescription to another CVS (the one I always go to) and they ran the prescription with no problem. These people are completely useless and will never be filling any prescription there again.

Every time I come to CVs to purchase a gift card or wrapping paper the line is ridiculous. After waiting in a line for 5 minutes, one of the cashiers told me that there was only one line, not two. There was no sign anywhere stating that. I've come to get medication that my doctor sends over and it's never ready. This place is a mission.
