Really unprofessional, they don't respect posted business hours and don't work the hours they are supposed to. Dropped by on Saturday 8/2 around 4:20 PM, way ahead of the posted closing time of 6 PM. The entire counters / customer service area was closed off with metal shutters and only the mailboxes were accessible. No workers in sight. These folks clearly lack work ethic and proper managerial oversight, and are paid money they have not really earned. And to make matters worse, they are depriving customers of service and costing USPS sales during the hours they don't actually work.

I had a very disappointing experience at a USPS location on Tuesday, July 8th, around 3:10 PM. I came in to return an item for the first time and was unsure how the process worked. I asked the employee if she could help me choose between using a bag or tape, and what the price difference would be. Rather than assisting me, she responded with visible frustration and attitude.
I explained that it was my first time making a return and that I wasn’t sure which packaging option would be best. Instead of being understanding or helpful, she acted annoyed and dismissive. When she asked for a QR code, I told her I would look for it. While I was doing that, she complained that she needed to go to lunch and that I had to hurry or she would close the store.
Trying to be considerate, I even suggested she help the customers behind me while I searched for the code but her attitude only got worse. She had already placed my item in a sealed bag and continued complaining that I was taking too long.
At that point, I asked her to return my item so I could take it somewhere else. She told me I’d have to pay for the bag, but considering the way she treated me, I refused and ultimately, she had to pay for it herself, which I believe was fair. Her behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional.
I don’t know her name, but I hope USPS can identify who was working at that day and time and address this situation appropriately. No customer should be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected especially when simply asking for guidance.

This place is always closed at random times of the day. I live two blocks away, but I stopped coming here, as it’s most likely going to be a waste of time

HORRIBLE customer service. The woman that works at 2:30 on saturdays had a disgusting attitude. She was demeaning and made the woman in front of me cry. She was making faces and even said “bruh” when I asked a simple question to ensure my package had the right shipping label. Highly unprofessional atmosphere.

I don't like to give bad reviews. It's just your experience, but people need to know. Empty office because parking is a nightmare. One lady with her purse on checking her phone. It took her almost a minute to say something. You can tell she's very uncomfortable because a customer is going to make her work. First was something about prices. Second was one of my two packages. Typing with one hand. Third, she misspelled an address. When I told her, she answered not to worry. $31 with the wrong address. I canceled everything. I guess this is why federal employees are under so much scrutiny right now.
