Terrible service! I came to see UHealth about which I have no complaints. I asked for my prescription right here because I feel very bad (I have Flu with a high fever) not to have to go out again! And they have me waiting for 1 hour for a tamiflu, flunaze, and benzotate! I mean, nothing that you have to mix, prepare, etc! Too inept and inconsiderate with patients!

The worst pharmacies are unprofessional, especially a certain Claudia who works there who thinks she owns Walgreen, if she could give the pharmacy 0 she would do it, what a horror of a place.

Stay away from the pharmacy. Was there on 2/24 at 8:30 pm. We were ignored for a while while the techs snacked on the pharmacy floor (!) then were finally approached by a tech who tried to claim our PPO coverage was invalid and laughed at us, claiming we were on Medicare. As Native Americans, our race is printed on our insurance card and I had to explain to this woman that doesn't mean we're on Medicare. She kept insisting we couldn't have coverage, but both of us could clearly see her inputting our information wrong and she wouldn't correct it even though we repeatedly gave her the number. The pharmacist refused to help, claiming the tech miraculously fixed our coverage even though what really happened is I let the tech know I was recording her sabotaging our coverage. I told the pharmacist what the tech did, pharmacist still did nothing and the tech refused to give us our medication. The pharmacist literally sat there and just watched the racist tech yell at us while we couldn't get the prescription. People like this should not be working around medicine and we shouldn't have to deal with this just to get help for a sick child. I will be filing a complaint with Walgreens and the state. Welcome to YouTube Ms. racist tech.

Absolutely terrible service! Call and wait for over an hour to get disconnected. Go in person, no matter what time, you wait for about an hour. The poor employees there are over-worked. HIRE MORE PEOPLE.

If I could give them zero I would. Very unprofessional. I called regarding my Mom's prescription, the message told me I had 3 callers ahead...I waited and waited and when it was my turn I was placed on hold for more than an hour then someone hanged up on me. Worst pharmacy in Miami.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. If you go inside there’s always a long line of people waiting to pick up a prescription and you can see multiple people behind the counter but none of them come to help out. When you go through the drive through it’s not uncommon to wait over an hour in line even if there are only a handful of cars. I got so fed up going to them I requested prescriptions for same day delivery and after 2 days of waiting they were still never delivered. And you’ll be lucky if you wait any less than a half hour on hold when you call to ask them for help.0 stars if I could. Save your time with a little longer drive and go to any other pharmacy.

Extremely slow. Refilling prescriptions is very difficult. Made appointment for COVID vaccine and when I went to get they were out and sent everyone away. Go elsewhere

Wait time in the drive thru is ridiculous average time is 20-30 minutes they only have one person attending the customers inside then they attend the drive through going back and forth . Poor customer service.

WORSE PHARMACY TEAM EVER. They have you on hold for hours, claim they never receive faxes that are sent to them and can't refill prescriptions. They don't put you on hold because they are busy no. They are in the back talking instead of working and I can confirm this because when they answer the phone you hear in the background margarita laughing and telling their colleagues that they didn't receive anything. Please if you don't want to work just quit. People need their medication.

1 star is too high a rating for this Walgreens location. Incompetence, indifference & ignorance are staff requirements to work here apparently. An absolutely horrendous pharmacy department that is completely unorganized & often lacking supplies/stock. DO NOT go here expecting ANY resemblance of a positive customer experience.

El servicio es pesimo, la farmacia de lo peor, nunca estan los medicamentos listos. Hay que esperar 2 y 3 horas en linea. No resuelven nada, el manager no sirve. Nunca aparece. Dice que esta ocuapd@, en la entrada solo una niña, cuando uno pide algo que esta con llave, se demoran una eternidad en abrir y tienen trabajando niños que no tienen ni idea de lo que es servicio al cliente, nadie ayuda. Pero definitivo, lo peor la farmacia. Voy a cambiar de lugar.
