Walgreens pharmacy promotes their app, but it is a disaster. A couple of days after renewing my prescription, the app shows it is canceled. No message is sent and no explanation is provided. I have to start the process over again. When I see speak to the people at the pharmacy they act like there is no app, let alone explaining why it is no functioning. Other times after renewing my prescription the app tells me to call the pharmacy. When I do the people there say they don't know why I am calling. Terrible.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!On hold for 30 minutes. They answer and put you right back on hold. I had a question about a life saving med that was on hold and wasn’t able to get a person. All I got was attitudes. I asked for a manager and was out on a longer hold before the call was disconnected. Disgusting behavior from pharmacists.

Worst place ever!! The staff at this location don’t want to work, lines waiting at the register, and the employees are talking and joking but doing their job, this is the closest store I have , but every time I go to this place is the same , manager won’t do nothing about it she is worst than the employees. With a really nasty attitude , and worst leguaje!! I think upper management should take a look at this place.. won’t recommend anything about this place!!!

These employees are clws! They label items wrong then have the nerv to get mad when you inquire about the price. On top of the they don't speak English and like to get slick at the mouth in Spanish when you point it out

Walked in to use the restroom and possibly purchase a few items. The restroom was closed due to flooding. In addition to pressing the “customer needs help in” button for every aisle that I walked down. And I knew I was being targeted because there was no one else in these aisles.

I need to move my prescriptions from this location. I called several times and I was placed on hold for an hour while I was the third person on que then they hung up when they picked up my call. I drove to the store so they can tell me they don’t have the medication and gave me no other option. When I asked if they can order, she replied she could it would arrive in a week, “si te parece…” meaning if you like it or not. Horrible customer service! This store manager needs to do something about training their staff on how to treat customers or hiring more people. Something has to be done, I’m not the only one leaving a bad review. This use to be a superior pharmacy and now I have to travel out of my area for decent service.

The worst pharmacy, Maria R. Is rude, like she doesn't want to work, I had a notice that my prescription was ready to pick up and when I arrived to pick it up, she told me that I have nothing also that they put in the status of pick up the prescription to delete the order of the system, so walgreens is lying when they send a message? My worst experience, now I have to change my pharmacy and talk with my doctor again to get correctly my medicine in the new pharmacy.

Horrible customer service @ this specific location!!! I was placed on hold and after 45 minutes an employee answer the phone. The call was placed back on hold and shortly after she hanged up. I didn’t even had the opportunity to explain the purpose of the call.Whoever is in charge of answering the phone should really have more training to be able to work with customer service.
