Unbelievably excellent and professional. Miguel was 1/2hr early for the scheduled appt(he called to ensure it was ok). The outside of the car was covered in sticky tree buds; 3 child seats across the back seat of the car held remnants of snacks and drinks, the car transported 4 children 5yrs and under...just imagine the work that he did to put it in tip-top shape. Completely unprofessional. I had made an appointment for 5:30pm and received a text saying he was an hour away (eta at 6:15pm) to my location . I was understanding and agreed to wait. I followed up at 6:40pm via text and phone call and got ignored both times. Unreliable, do not waste your time .
