Terrible customer service. The lady at the drive through (Ari) not wearing a name tag btw is extremely rude. Doesnt even answer to a Good morning. People with this attitude should not be allowed to deal with public. I have to also say that the other two ladies at the drive through are super nice.

I would not recommend this branch location to anybody. My experience was so awful today that I decided to close out my safe deposit box. Upon entering the bank we were not greeted or acknowledged. When we approached a teller to ask about entering the vault to access our box she rudely to.d us to go across the bank to another dept. The other dept. in return sent us back to teller. The red haired woman we asked for help was extremely rude. Then a teller tall and hair in a bun, added to it. She was worst. Finally, Krystal Barcelona, came to our rescue. She was awesome. The rest of the staff should be fired for treating an 89 year old woman the way they did.

Way understaffed. Plan on waiting for a long time for whatever service you need. Millions of people unemployed, and this bank doesn't have enough staff to serve its customers.

Very unsatisfied with this branch. I've been a long time customer of Wells Fargo and have never been so unpleased with the service.
