its been over 2 weeks and I still have not spoken to a person. I received the repsosne to this review that someome would be ocntacting me. a week later I recived an emial saying someone would reahc out to me within 10 days. Very sad state of affairs that a business will not answet thier phone and you have to make a in person apointment to ask a simle unique set of crimcustamces question . SHould be ZERO starsThey don't answer the phone! You need to make an appointment and go the bank to ask a specific question that I need answered before i make a trip to the bank. Horrible

Terrible customer service. The lady at the drive through (Ari) not wearing a name tag btw is extremely rude. Doesnt even answer to a Good morning. People with this attitude should not be allowed to deal with public. I have to also say that the other two ladies at the drive through are super nice.
