Walgreens pharmacy promotes their app, but it is a disaster. A couple of days after renewing my prescription, the app shows it is canceled. No message is sent and no explanation is provided. I have to start the process over again. When I see speak to the people at the pharmacy they act like there is no app, let alone explaining why it is no functioning. Other times after renewing my prescription the app tells me to call the pharmacy. When I do the people there say they don't know why I am calling. Terrible.

Stay away from the pharmacy. Was there on 2/24 at 8:30 pm. We were ignored for a while while the techs snacked on the pharmacy floor (!) then were finally approached by a tech who tried to claim our PPO coverage was invalid and laughed at us, claiming we were on Medicare. As Native Americans, our race is printed on our insurance card and I had to explain to this woman that doesn't mean we're on Medicare. She kept insisting we couldn't have coverage, but both of us could clearly see her inputting our information wrong and she wouldn't correct it even though we repeatedly gave her the number. The pharmacist refused to help, claiming the tech miraculously fixed our coverage even though what really happened is I let the tech know I was recording her sabotaging our coverage. I told the pharmacist what the tech did, pharmacist still did nothing and the tech refused to give us our medication. The pharmacist literally sat there and just watched the racist tech yell at us while we couldn't get the prescription. People like this should not be working around medicine and we shouldn't have to deal with this just to get help for a sick child. I will be filing a complaint with Walgreens and the state. Wait time in the drive thru is ridiculous average time is 20-30 minutes they only have one person attending the customers inside then they attend the drive through going back and forth . Poor customer service.

WORSE PHARMACY TEAM EVER. They have you on hold for hours, claim they never receive faxes that are sent to them and can't refill prescriptions. They don't put you on hold because they are busy no. They are in the back talking instead of working and I can confirm this because when they answer the phone you hear in the background margarita laughing and telling their colleagues that they didn't receive anything. Please if you don't want to work just quit. People need their medication.

1 star is too high a rating for this Walgreens location. Incompetence, indifference & ignorance are staff requirements to work here apparently. An absolutely horrendous pharmacy department that is completely unorganized & often lacking supplies/stock. DO NOT go here expecting ANY resemblance of a positive customer experience.

This Walgreens pharmacy is such a nightmare. It's so hard to get anyone on the phone (sometimes they answer, put you on hold for a long time, then hang up), and there's always a long line both inside and outside at the drive-tru. Picking up meds can easily take 45 minutes there. This week I had an especially bad experience where someone at the pharmacy gave me the wrong information twice, which resulted in me waiting for over an hour (when she said it would only take 15 minutes), followed by me leaving without my medication due to an issue with my prescription. It seems like the pharmacy is terribly understaffed, and the staff they do have seem uninformed. This Walgreens pharmacy was terrible before the pandemic and now it's just unbearable.

pharmacy CONSISTENTLY gives me the wrong prescription even though it is noted on my account, the wait time is upwards of 30 minutes at any given hour, and when they call to tell you prescription is ready you arrive and they tell you they don't have it in stock and to come back another day after waiting 45 minutes. WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!!!!

This Walgreen's location is the absolute worst in the Coral Gables area, possibly the worst in all of Miami. EVERYTHING is disorganized, badly managed and you should be prepared for unnecessary and excruciatingly long wait times for any Rxs you may need refilled or products that you need to buy. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Terrible customer service and experience. Walgreens has the worst gift cards ever, they never work at the locations when you pay and then you get despicable employees like Carmen the manager telling you that there is no solution other than calling a corporate number that has even worse customer service and doesn't do anything proactive about fixing the issue with the gift cards. Can't wait for amazon to wipe this company out which was once a decent place to shop at. Employees don't care because corporate could care less.

If I could give zero stars I would. Waited two hours for a prescription to be filled when the tech said it would be 10 minutes. It wasn't until I went back up to the counter that they told me the main pharmacist left and wouldn't be back until later. Wish she would have told me before I wasted my time waiting there. This place needs a lot of work. Great customer service guys.

This is the worst Minute Clinic I've ever been to. Save yourself the time and the health and go to a Baptist. The staff here has no interest in taking care of sick children. I was 1 minute late and they cancelled my appointment also telling me that because it was the lastt appointment of the day they couldn't help me. I tried to talk to a manager but that was a waste of time. I wEnt to a Baptist urgent CCRes ans they were great. 0 staRs if possible.
