When a product sold by then is defective, they wash their hands completely even though the manufacturer is as well. Nobody responds for quality control. They sell Delonghi even though it is apparently notorious of defects. Im sadly just finding this out.

I went in with the intention to purchase a 170 dollar knife and went out with a sour taste in my mouth from a sales associate that was ageist and snobby. I guess I didn't look like I belonged but my money was still green enough for crate and barrel.

In placing an order for a front door mat, the item that I selected to be added to my cart turned out differently in the cart...and almost double the price. Rather confusing. While selecting the item that I wanted, there was no information that the item was not available. Apparently, the item that I originally was selecting was only available at almost double the price under a different SKU number. Anyway I have always liked products sold by Williams Sonoma, and I hope that it can make it's online ordering more informative and accurate so that my time online in the ordering process can be more streamlined.

Faulty product, and sub-par customer service. I bought this paella pan a week ago and used it once, cleaning it according to the instructions. It is completely rusted and unsafe to use and I got such an attitude from the store staff who refused to accept the item as a return because I had used it. Aren’t WS pans supposed to be guaranteed for life? Will never purchase anything from Williams Sonoma again, their business model and customer service ethos are completely outdated in an era when so many other stores are proud to stand behind their products.

Amazing store and staff . They always go out of their way to assist me even when the store is extremely busy they provide great service. Seems like the team works really well with each other .

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. This was my favorite shop till today. Employees are just standing around and ask you to call customer service. We did our registry with WS and a lot of products came late since they were on back order. But then they don’t accept the return because it’s 5 days after the 30 day return period. WilliamsSonoma charges premium on all products. If you charges premium, you should have at least a first a class customer service to justify your prices.

A classic I would find impossible to live without. Their tablecloths “call me” in every time & then I tour to see what’s new. Best kitchen tools & utensils. An absolute “must”. Their holiday cocoa mix in a large tin is sublime ??
