Worst customer service and extremely disrespectful store owner (short bald headed Caucasian male) who should be arrested for harassment and his belligerent behavior. I actually took my friends to check out the place because my first experience (when the guy wasn't there), was amazing! We were so taken back by his behavior we were concerned for our safety and left. No problem taking our business elsewhere because Coral Gables has a lot to offer. I genuinely hope he gets the help he needs and perhaps he should be in an AA meeting versus owning a wine shop. The location is nice and the ambiance is beautiful but that's about it.

So strange to see bad reviews about this place. Wine is a bit of a hobby of mine and one thing we're really lacking in Miami is places to buy good wine. I suppose if you're looking for grocery store wine, this probably isn't your vibe but if you're like me who seeks out complex flavor then I think you'll be super happy. I stopped in looking for skin contact wine after trying a few boutique stores nearby. No luck of course at other places. I've been ordering my wine online for years now because typically miami is void of orange wine. The owner greeted me immediately and so did his two gorgeous and sweet golden retrievers and pointed me to several bottles of orange wine!!! I was floored! I grabbed two that he suggested, haven't tried them yet but they look great. Prices on the bottles were reasonable. Can't wait to go back next month and try more Don't let these reviews fool you, this is easily the best wine store in south Florida.

This place is a treasure. Jeff, the owner, demonstrates extreme competence, while maintaining ultimate approachability. If the familiarity of the other patrons is any indication, Jeff is a sincere guy who doesn’t judge, but maintains great banter with all. Stopping by was the crowning highlight of our all day drinking adventure.

The owner was extremely helpful and immediately knew what I was looking for. There's a wide selection of unique and interesting wines at good price points and I can't wait to try the two wines from Chile I purchased. I will definitely be back, thank you!

From the moment I walked in and smelled the mothball tinged aroma in the air I knew we should've walked right out. It just got worse from there. The wine was below quality and the owner was a pretentious and rude individual. He has absolutely no knowledge of how to treat his customers with respect. If you're in the miracle mile area do yourself a favor and visit another establishment. There are many other places worth your time and places that will earn your business and respect. Jeffrey Wolfe, you're a terrible individual who doesn't belong anywhere near a wine establishment.

This is a beautiful shop on Miracle Mile with some great wine. Unfortunately, the owner has poor business skills, has no empathy, and is down right rude.

We went to the Friday night wine tasting (inexpensive and came with free pizza!) and really enjoyed it. Jeffrey described the wines in detail, and he was very inviting and generous. My wife went home with 2 of the bottles he had for the tasting, and we really enjoyed them. We will be back soon.

Jeff Wolfe knows his wines. He also knows how to take good care of his customers. I have always left with the perfect wine for every occasion.

Wine on a gorgeous day makes everything better! Unassuming, quaint little wine bar right on the Miracle Mile made for a perfect Sunday. Dropped into this casual spot, which had a wonderful selection of great options and vintages from all around the world. Sat out front, tasting a few glasses while listening to relaxing music and people watching was the perfect start to a great week. Come for the wine, linger for the serenity. ?

How has this man ever sold a single bottle of wine. Worst attitude I've come across in a while.

So this was a unique experience. I had been a Coral Gables resident for my entire life up until a month ago and now at Christmas time I finally ventured into this store, appropriately enough for last minute Christmas shopping. An old coworker of mine in the hospitality industry has mentioned it to me way back as I like to gift my father with good quality wines and he directed me there a few years ago. I finally stopped in. I have to be honest and say the highlight of my visit were the two large golden retrievers who immediately headed straight towards me to greet me tails wagging and all. The locked my hand, smelled me, and I guess deemed me a suitable patron. No growling whatsoever. The wine store itself held a wide variety of more lesser known, eclectic wines like from brands I had never heard of (some yes like Honig which is my favorite and also Schafer)...others not so much. The prices range from affordable to high end with wines marked $20.00 to $600.00. Most seemed very Old World to be honest. I'm more into New World wines, but either way it was still a pleasure to browse through all the different types. It had this rustic, small family, business owned proprietary feel would made it that much more charming. They also have wine tastings! I think if you're looking for off the wall, avant-garde, unique wines that are more internationally inclined (ie. Many French and Italian wines)...this is your place. I would return if I'm in town and I wish to expand my palette to more Old World wines, but I'm such a Napa, Sonoma, Willamette Valley wine girl that it's hard to break away from my roots. Doesn't hurt to try though. The owner or manager who was there was very friendly and helpful and you can tell he has his regulars. I really loved though getting to be greeted by the golden retrievers as I'm such a dog and animal lover it was a. Ice surprise:) Thank you to the owner for helping make my dad's Christmas that much brighter and better!

This gentlemen and his 2 dogs are incredible. I can not recommend him enough. He knows his stuff. Going in there is like going to see your friend. He recommends the best wine whether it red, white, or champagne. Thank you!
