I love aldi and the prices are great snd I like to shop at the this aldi because it’s new. What I saw yesterday is gross and I also saw mold. This really needs to be cleaned up

The prices are great, but the checkout experience is awful. The cashiers literally launch your groceries into the cart like they’re trying to break them. Bread, eggs, chips—it all just gets thrown in with no care. It makes shopping here really stressful, even though the savings and store are good.

Horrible lines at the store on Wiles Road and University Drive. All the other stores that I chopped have self check out this one did not, and there was only one cashier will not return to the store.

German supermarket chain in South Florida - what's not to love? Finally a place to find authentic German sausages and even "liverwurst" (Braunschweiger) all year round. Unfortunately some basic German food - like pumpernickel bread, red cabbage and German pickles - is only available for quite a short time and often sold out in a blink.

I just left this store feeling extremely disappointed after a frustrating experience. I made a simple $6 purchase, but when I tried to use the tap feature on the credit card machine, it unexpectedly processed a $100 cash back transaction. When I approached the checkout attendant to explain what happened, her response was completely uncaring, and she offered no assistance whatsoever.
I then asked to speak with a manager, hoping for some support or a resolution, but she simply brushed me off, stating that I must have mistakenly selected the cash back option and that there was nothing she could do to help me. I understand that many of us choose Aldi for the low prices, but that shouldn't mean we have to endure such poor customer service. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will not be returning to this location.
